근처에서 제일 괜찮은 호텔 같아서 이용했는데.. 쉐라톤이라서 당연히 기본 환경은 매주 좋네요... 아침식사는 그냥.. 보통입니다.

타오위안 국제공항 이랑 가까운거리에 호텔이라 움직이는 시간이 얼마 안걸려서 좋음. 전체적으로 깨끗한 분위기 이지만 청소상태는 좋지 않음..

신규 오픈한 호텔이라 깨끗하고 시설도 좋습니다. 전철역이 바로 앞이라 이동도 편리하고요. 단, 호텔방이 전철역쪽을 향해 있는 경우 전철이 지나갈때 간간히 소음이 발생해서 신경이 쓰입니다. 또, 아침식사를 위한 식당도 상대적으로 종류가 많지는 않은 편입니다.

Room was large in Asia standards. Overall, not a bad hotel to stay if you want to stay close to the airport.

日本語が通じるスタッフがいると有り難かった

Building was Amazing. Room service was incredible. 96% of the details in the room were clean. There were a few spots in the shower and a couple other places that weren’t the best

All the hotel staff were kind. In particular, the male staff who responded to dinner on Saturdays and Sundays was very likable and I was able to have a pleasant meal.

6泊しましたが、３日目以降からインスタントコーヒーがないとか、スリッパがないとか、５泊、６泊目は毎回補充されていたお菓子がないとかまばらでした。別に食べなくていいので、ロビーには言いませんでしたが、まあそんなもんかって感じでした。

Wish staff at reception are more friendly

The hotel is very convenient and walkable everywhere. The amenities, conditions and facilities are well taken care off. I have used the gym many times during my stayed. It does get little over crowded on certain days as there is only one bench press ( first comes first serve). There are more cardio machines in the gym, the pool is clean, there is a massage chair and a place for kids to play. There are many dining options and seems like most companies used this hotel for meetings or weddings. The hotel services are great and we have our rooms clean. The only downside is they do not focus on cleaning the back side of the toilet, there are dust and I find a can of beer in the back. I am not sure if the cleaner actually pay attention at those hiding spots to clean each room. Lucky there is no insects or anything, since Taiwan is different than any other countries when it comes to keeping things clean. Another downside it can be really loud during the day since it’s closer to the main street. Overall, we enjoy our stay and service. It was also easy to extended our stayed with them and the process were very quick.
