우선 체크인 하는데 이메일로 오는 것들로 셀프체크인이라 1차 당황했는데 와이파이가 안돼서 2차당황. 총3박이라 첫날 일단 와이파이 없이 자고 그 다음날 일어나서 조식 먹을때 와이파이 이야기하고 해결될거라 믿었는데 조식 먹는 그 한시간만 와이파이되고 숙소에 오래 머물렀는데 단 1분도 와이파이 이용 안됌. 그리고 조식먹고나서 한참을 방에 누워있었는데 청소해주시는 직원분이 갑자기 문열고 들어오셔서 놀랬고 청소 필요없다고 말해서 알겠다하고 나가셨는데 잠시뒤에 또 갑자기 문열고 들어오심,, 영어 못하셔서 왜 또 오신건지 못들음. 나 있는거 보고 그냥 나가심;; 내가 씻고 있었으면 너무 당황스러웠을거같음. 하지만 이것 외의 다른 모든 것들은 아주 좋았음. 위치도 나쁘지 않고 매우 청결하고 직원들도 조식먹을때만 만날수있지만 매우매우 친절함. 침대 엄청 푹신하고 좋음. 둘째날 조식먹을때 대체 와이파이 왜 이러냐고 제발 해결해달라했고 셋째날엔 와이파이 됌. 와이파이가 정말 화나긴 했지만 다른것들이 좋아서 다음에 포르투 갈때도 방문할거같음.

Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. Only thing to note is this hotel does not have an elevator so if you are travelling with large bags I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. We did not select the breakfast as it seemed overpriced and instead walked to a local cafe that opened early a 3 min walk up the street.

Location is excellent. A roll of paper towels would be nice. Access to more coffee would be convenient. But excellent coffe nearby

Good sized apartment and centrally located.

El apartamento era pequeño para nosotros y nuestros dos hijos. Tiene cocina pero era incómodo comer los 4 en el salón porque estaba ocupado por el sofá cama y no habían 4 sillas. Comentamos nuestro problema de espacio y nos lo solucionaron. Super amables y atentos, muy agradecidos.La ubicación era genial, íbamos a pie a todas partes. Desayuno completo y sabroso.

Bad experience . We were never given email instructions for check in and ended up stranded in the street (it’s a self-checkin property). There was no email or phone number for me to call landlord ahead of time to receive check in instructions. Tried phone number on the door when we arrived - no one answered. Received a call back three hours later but that was too late. It was getting dark and we needed a place to stay We had no choice but to find another hotel at 5pm which cost a lot of extra $ and stress. I’ll never book a self-check-in property again.

Bäddsoffa för 2 tonåringar, var så smal och kort att endast 1 barn fick plats. Fick sova 3 pers i dubbelsängen, med endast 1 täcke. Ok frukost, ok service i övrigt - kräver inte mycket. Ingen städning dicj under de 4 dagar vi var där, och det var helt ok - men nog kunde man hämtat ut sopor?? Det svämmade över...

Well located hotel, room was good and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was decent enough. Good value for money.

Great location and place

Ottima colazione, posizione centrale, vicinanza alla metro, vicinanza a diversi locali. Durante la notte si sentono diversi rumori ma in quella zona è normale , si risolve chiudendo le finestre.

Nous n'avons pas pu faire l'expérience de "l'hôtel" car réception et personnel inexistant, aucune réponse à nos nombreux appels sur place, ni plus tard ou les jours suivants. En effet, comme pas de réception, il fallait un code pour rentrer dans le bâtiment, qui ne nous a jamais été envoyé. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus que cet "hôtel" fonctionnait de cette manière en amont. Nous avons donc dû trouver en vitesse une autre solution d'hébergement. Très déçu

Bel établissement propre, très abordable et tranquille! Personnel aidant. De plus, il est très bien situé au centre de Porto. Recommande sans hésiter.

There was no communication from this property once we were there. There was no daily housekeeping throughout duration of stay - despite reservation clearly stating there would be. We were there for 3 nights with no change in towels, bedding or even toilet paper.
