Rooms and amenities good. Bed linen not clean - it was not washed and so it was not fresh

It is as shown on site. Clean, staff is cooperative, located near market hence Shopping locations are at walkable distance.

Location is very good heart of city Hotel is clean quiet staff is very nice check in and check out very good

Kettle short circuited& caught fire.Fuse did not blow.Flames in room. Hotel tried to extract Rs1200 cost of kettle at check out. No electrical safety.Needs reviewe for entire hotel.

On 3rd Jan at 10: 45 pmI paid my hotel Bill in cash in reception & requested for Bill but the receptionist told me it was not possible now ,so I asked him to provide me in morning by 7: 30 Am 04.01.19 when I had to check out bcz of my flight to Bengaluru at 9:30 Am. I even requested for Tea at 7:00 Am but no one received my phone & at checkout time I request for Bill then again he said he can't provide now but Will mail it......I left the hotel without Bill to Airport.

Room was amazing / Location was good - close to the Highway / Service was reasonable . Overall great value for money . Areas of improvement : Mosquitoes in room , Reception needs to be professional ( 5 ppl manning the reception including a lady who seemed to have just walked out of the Kitchen !) - Breakfast was Horrible ( quality, Hygiene, service , place - Not talking about the spread as its supposed to be low cost )

Nice room, but no open window or balcony, so no outside view from room.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und preiswert, aber es war wohl die erste Buchung über hotels.com, das Einchecken somit sehr schwierig und zeitaufwendig. Zahlung über Kreditkarte nicht möglich.
