good location, relatively new property but could be better maintained includinng lobby, hallway, parking lot. Things were falling apart and the property could be outdated quicker than supposed to be.

Toll: Betten, Rooftop-Bar, Mitarbeitende am Empfang (schneller Check-in, viele Tipps) Geht so: Frühstück, abgenutzter Teppich im Zimmer. Gut zu wissen: Nah an der Cité du vin, dem Bassin du Lumière und der Foodhalle Halles des Bacalans. Am Wochenende etwas lauter, da in einer Ausgehmeile.

Very noisy room on road side third floor but too noisy to sleep properly Spa was not available! Not warned when booking!

This hotel is located in a business district a good 10 minute walk to the tram stop for travelling into town Unfortunately the bedroom windows were all blocked by wire caging which restricted any views Breakfast food quality was very good. Beds were large & very comfortable. Hotel was very clean & staff at reception were excellent. We were not aware of the dining room located on the first floor until we were leaving which looked very good.

Hôtel agréable, deux observations, décalage entre ce qu’annonce expédia et la réalité sur l’heure de départ (c’est bien 11 mm et non midi) et ensuite, il ne faut une chambre qui donne sur la rue Lucien Faure car c’est très bruyant et mal insonorisé Sinon, chambre spacieuse, personnel très agréable, bon rapport qualité prix
