가격대비 만족도 매우떨어졌어요 시카고를 다시간다면 다른곳에 묵겠습니다 -location: 블루라인 잭슨역에서 머지않아 위치는 나쁘지않았어요 -facility: 2개침실에 거실사이즈 둘다 적당했어요 그러나 커피머신이나 토스터기, 주전자 듬은 낡았고 특히 커피머신과 토스터기는 안쪽에 먼지가 끼어 사용하지못했어요 : lobby나 roof 모두 시설이 별로에요 -Communications: 최악이었습니다 아파트에 staff도 없고 전화하면 answering machine이 받아 app으로만 소통하게합니다 7박을 머무르는 동안 타월을 새로 받기위해 여러번 액으로 chat을 해야했습니다 정말 불편하고 화가 났습니다

시설도 깨끗하고 교통도 근처 지하철역이 있어 매우편리함

my stay was cancelled as I walked in. And they don't give your money back for 7-14 days.

It was very conveniently located near the Chicago Arts Institute and mass transit options within the Loop. Still, some of the fixtures such as shelving) were of low quality materials (particle board). (I had a similar experience with a Sonder property in New Orleans.) I think one of the shelves above the sink looked like it was loose from its brackets. But this did not deter us from enjoying our stay.

Super convenient location. Lots of parking options and able to walk to all sites in this area.

I had a reservation and they send me the access instructions after arriving to the place someone was inside the apartment. I called, text and speak with someone in the property, but I wasn't able to get an explanation of what happend or a relocation to another room or apartment complex (they own several in Chicago). I was traveling with my kid so I had to find a hotel on my own. This was very unprefessional from their side. In addition, building wasn't in good shape and the door show signs of that people have try to break in before.

I will express my frustration and disgust with the condition our place was in upon checking in last week. The place was in a layer of dust, grime, and filth. dishes are dirty with old food crusted to them, greasy film across stove and counters, no privacy in 2 of the bedrooms (that was NOT disclosed) due to half walls and pull shades to block the gap & the doors didn’t securely close, mold in a bathroom where water soaked into the wall, found old food under the couch when it was moved. This was completely unacceptable- I didn’t even want to stay but we couldn’t find other accommodations to fit us all. I should NOT have to clean a place upon my arrival! Especially for the $$. I reached out via chat and was told this would be escalated but I have yet to hear from anyone. The communication is terrible. There was no one at the property so you have to resort to chat through the app or dig for miles to find a phone #. You never get an immediate response through chat- sometimes it took hours. I’ve given them ample opportunities to rectify this and the continue to ignore my complaints.

It was a great stay and the apartment was very comfortable and the amenities easy to use and access. It's not far from the train accesses and very walkable.

Close to Grant Park. Nice rooms, with kitchenette. Sonder verification process was hard to use for booking two rooms for my family of 7. Didn’t get authorization code until mere hours before checkin. Even then our unit code didn’t work and we had to call them. Very frustrating in the heat of the moment. Other than that would definitely consider it again!

Good option for a downtown apartment space in Chicago. Some good restaurants and cafes in the area. A less touristy area,

On our 3rd day the water stopped working around 10 pm and we couldn’t use the toilet nor shower. My stay there gave me a massive outbreak of acne maybe due to water or unclean sheets as there was a smell from the pillow which we couldn’t identify til later. The “24” hour service wasn’t really any help as no one was in the building to really help properly when we water more toilet paper, towels, or laundry detergent. The place had a few already broken parts of the house already before we got there including a glass cup. To add onto the service, when we did call for help they had us on hold for 1 hour waiting for an answer. Overall was a bad experience and stay.

We love staying at Sonder properties. The apartment has a full kitchen with everything you need, the shower is so refreshing, and the in-room washer/dryer is super handy when traveling.

The apartment was perfect. Location made everything walkable. Super clean. Bright rooms. Bed was super comfy. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I loved it and would stay here again on my next trip to Chicago

We would absolutely consider a Sonder apartment again for a trip - it was wonderful to have space for everyone to stretch out a bit and a place where we could eat-in after each day full of museums and 7+miles of city walking! Having a bathroom for each teen plus one for the parents was wonderful. The beds are not the most comfortable - memory foam isn't my favorite mattress material. Other than some crumbs on the floor when we arrived in one bedroom, the unit was clean and the access was easy. Plus, a safe location and fairly sound-proofed, Definitely a repeat option for our next trip to Chicago. I'll have to see what they have elsewhere!

Excellent location. Check in and out was smooth. Rooms were clean, mattresses were comfortable but mattress frames do need some updating. Too low to ground and has a cheap look. Should definitely need some updates in the furniture.
