매우 나쁘고 더러웠습니다. 아무도 우리를 받아들이지 않았습니다.

이 앱에서 사진을 보고 트윈 베드를 선택했습니다. 하지만 도착했을 때 리셉셔니스트는 트윈 싱글 베드는 없고 퀸 베드나 킹 베드만 있다고 말했습니다. 트윈 베드를 예약한 줄 알았는데 틀렸습니다. 앱에 있는 침대 사진에 속은 것 같았습니다. 그래서 결국 퀸 베드를 선택했습니다. 방은 넓었지만 샤워실의 온수가 잘 나오지 않는 것이 너무 안타까웠습니다. 제가 이미 샤워를 하고 있는 동안 온수가 나오기까지 너무 오래 걸렸습니다. 에어컨도 매우 뜨거웠습니다. 그래서 다음 날 리셉셔니스트에게 다른 방으로 옮겨 달라고 부탁했습니다. 이번에는 다른 방으로 옮겨 주었고 에어컨은 잘 작동했지만 온수는 여전히 조금 오래 걸렸습니다. 이 호텔은 호텔이 2층(1층과 2층)만 있고 나머지는 사무실이므로 객실에서 전망을 보기 위해 고층 빌딩에 머물고 싶다면 이것은 확실히 선택 사항이 아닙니다. 전반적으로 여기에서 불쾌한 숙박을 했지만 경비, 벨보이, 청소 서비스 직원은 매우 친절했습니다.

페낭 최고의 호텔입니다. 최고의 경비원입니다. 이름은 묻지 않았지만 인도 출신이고 매우 친절합니다. 그는 항상 오후 6시부터 호텔에 머물러요. 그는 항상 제가 모든 물건을 가져오도록 도와주고, 많은 택시가 예약을 취소할 때 공항으로 택시를 불러줍니다. 그는 매우 친절합니다 😊. 제가 그에게 10점을 줄 수 있다면 😊을 줄 것입니다. 호텔은 위층에 있는 사무실 건물입니다. 방이 매우 크고, 우리는 7일 동안 디럭스 트리오를 예약했습니다. 침대는 매우 크고, 각각 180x200과 90x200의 침대가 2개 있습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 막힌 배수구나 와스타펠이 없습니다. 이 호텔은 가격 대비 가치가 있으며, 우리는 1박에 약 IDR 700,000을 받습니다.

Urban Hotel di Penang, hotel yang sangat menyenangkan letaknya di tengah kota dan tidak susah nyari makanan, ada coffee shop juga di hotel tersebut, ke Lam Wah Ee hospital bayar MYR. 17., Saya senang menginap di sini.

Kamarnya sangat bersih, kamar mandi bersih, bantal dan kasur enak sekali, lokasi juga bagus.

I'm Thai and took a Christmas holidays with my family in Peneng. It was awesome trip there. the location of the hotel is quite good. we usually walk to food court near by or community malls like Gama or Comta easily. all around hotel area also have delicious food and recommend. loved facilities inside the room and those king size beds. also the clean bath room. By the way, because of this hotel is one the 2nd floor of the shared building and I think there was a period of building renovation so often time that we heard the noise sound and the vibration from the 3nd floor (I swear that's not an earthquake LOL) A bit scary at the first time but after that I found out that it might happen because of the renovation. Comfy, clean, big space, quiet.

Menurut saya ini hotel yang sangat baik dan recommended. Bersih, staf ramah, kamar mandi bersih. Desain kamar modern dan AC juga dingin. Ke pusat kota tak jauh hanya saja sekitaran hotel kurang tempat jajan.

We stayed 3 nights in Urban H. The receptionist Desmond and housekeeper Amy were very helpful when there was a leak in the shower. Check-in and out was fast and hassle-free. Room is quite spacious with nice design, clean comfortable bed and good amenities. There’s a local restaurant Alamak right across the street that opens for dinner - supper. Location is around 10min walk to Chowrasta Market and around Georgetown famous lanes.

Room 204 has ghost. After 4am I woke up to toilet then I closed the toilet lights which the room will be completely dark then there's footsteps walking to my bed side then it climbs on the bed and start pushing me.

The room was very very clean. It's located on an office tower. Room was so much bigger than expected. Very comfortable bed. Will be back again to stay in Penang !

Cukup menyenangkan berada ditempat ini, sayang eskalatornya untuk naik turun tidak dioperasionalkan jadi harus jalan atau nunggu lift untuk naik turun.

I had the most pleasant stay here! The facilities are good and new. And we had a big screen television too! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
