It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed.

When we arrived, the windows had been left open and the whole property absolutely stank of cigarettes. There was no bed, it was a sofa bed which did not fit two people (and we are not tall) and there was no mattress on the sofa bed. The Egyptian cotton bed clothes that were advertised were actually from ikea and were certainly not Egyptian cotton. The air conditioning did not work. The swimming pool that was advertised was a distance away and you had to pay - it was a municipal pool. The vendor did respond to our concerns in a timely manner but was quite rude stating, for example, ‘We can’t forbid the neighbours from smoking on their premises’ rather than taking responsibility for the fact that all the windows had been left open when we got there thus allowing the smoke to get into the apartment. This apartment was so bad that we did not stay there for the three nights we had paid for and went else where.
