캄보디아에 여러번왔는데 여기가 단연최고다 카운터 직원은 친절하고 영어도 자유로우며 조식은 바로바로 만들어주기 때문에 맛이있다 수영장 시내픽업 공항픽업까지 완벽한 숙소이다

씨엠립에 여러번 방문하였지만 이번만큼 만족한 호텔은 없었다 룸은 하얏트씨엠립과 구조가 거의 비슷했고 아주 청결했으며 에어컨도 빵빵하게 잘 나왔다 직원분들도 너무나 친절했으며 항상 웃으며 맞아 주었고 음식도 아주 맛있었다 담에도 또 이용할 것이다

호텔 직원들이 정말 친절하고 상냥합니다. 만날때마다 불편한 점이 없는지 물어 봐주고, 가격대비 최고의 호텔입니다.

굉장히 만족스러웠던 호텔이었습니다. 직원분들도 너무너무 친절하시고 호텔 분위기가 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 제대로 힐링여행하고 돌아왔습니다. 공항 픽.드랍 다 해주시고 조식까지 제공되고, 저는 선라이즈 투어를 해서 도시락을 싸주셨습니다. 그 부분 또한 감동이었습니다.

일찍 예약해서 그랬는지 가성비가 좋고 위치가 시내중님에서 동떨어져있었어도 호텔에서 툭툭 지원해줘서 좋았어요. 조식도 20가지 메뉴중에서 고를수 있었고. 무엇보다 로비에 앉아있으면 직원이 먼저 다가와 말을 건네는게 좋았어요

새로 생긴지 얼마안되어서 건물 식당 수영장 등등 정말 청결했습니다 직원들도 엄청 친절했어요 청소도 잘해주고 식당 음식들도 맛있었어요~ 낮에도 이뻤지만 밤엔 조명이 켜지면서 더 이뻤네요 커플.가족들이 오기에 정말 좋습니다 사람도 많지읺아 조용하구요~~^^ 아주 좋았습니다

The breakfast menu was fresh. The luncdry service was good. Rooms were maintained clean. The staff were very polite.

This was our fourth time staying here and won’t be the last. It’s a beautiful hotel a few minutes Tuk-tuk from pub street, so far away enough to be quiet but close enough to be very convenient. The breakfast buffet included is great and the overall quality of food (restaurant and poolside) is great if you’re not wanting to head out. The beds are VERY firm but of good quality, air conditioning in the rooms is perfect, the property is very clean and the pool with bar is a favourite. Dina and Miss Kim make the best cocktails (they’re the ones to learn from for anyone new at the bar or anyone who works the bar at all), that being said it’s very clear ALL the staff take pride in what they do and everyone is so lovely and helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Siem Reap.

Fantastic place with amazing staff, really looked after you. Breakfast was excellent each day, as was to poolside bar service during the hot afternoons.

If I can give more than five stars for the staff, I definitely would all the stuff was helpful and friendly Kim ,,Vou, Riya,Phat and my favourite daughter-in-law in reception. without doubt, I would definitely stay again.

This is my second stay and I will tell you why. This place is not only gorgeous, but has the best staff. I would mention them all as they all will go above and beyond, but I will give a special mention for Dina who is a big part of the reason I came back here within a month. Thank you Dina for making my second stay just as good as the first, probably even better! I will be continuing to come here in the future. It's a hidden gem of luxury.

This is a little gem of a hotel. You really feel pampered by the staff. Nice pool, great breakfast. Spa services were reasonable and very nice. They greet you every time you come back to the hotel with damp towels to freshen and water. Would absolutely stay here again.

The best staff I have ever encountered in all my years of travel. Everyone who works there is exceptional. Every time we came back to the hotel we were greeted with cold towels and a cold glass of water.

Felt like royalty the moment we arrived, as all the staff greeted us and they showed us to room. Breakfast was also amazing. If I were to ever travel to siem reap again, I would definitely stay here. Pool also looked really nice but we didn’t have time to swim.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. Excellent staff , especially Kim Yean , Phy E, and the entire kitchen staff who provided the most personal care at breakfast. This was service with a smile The hotel is within a 20 minutes walk to Pun Street, or an easy cheap tuk tuk ride.

The whole experience of staying here was fantastic! The cooking class was so interesting and the old market tour!
