Great place. A bit noisy with the Windows open, they often overlooked on other rooms entry's. Staff was nice Great commodity, smart TV

We are very disappointed on the way management handled things when we couldn't make it to the hotel on time for checking in. We were traveling from labrador city and do not have any service till we arrive on Baie Comeau QC which takes roughly 8 hours. We ran into some fog which delayed us. When we arrived at the motel Quatre saisons they were all closed up for the night. So we called the number and left a message... it was 11:30 pm & we were exhausted from traveling all day so we went down the road to another hotel and thank God they had room and was able to take pets. So the next day i called to explain why we were late getting in and ask for my refund cause they charged me..i understand if it was my fault but it was out of our control why we were late arriving. Management was not understanding at all. He said he called me twice but no answer. I went on to explain that we have no cell service till we arrive at baie comeau. Which was roughly 10:00pm... then another hour to forestville but got delayed again cause someone hit a moose and we had to wait for them to clear the road for us to drive through. He did not seem to understand that i did not pick up my phone cause we had no service..he then proceeded to say there must be something wrong with my phone. Nothing wrong with my phone he should have left a message cause my voice mail cuts in when i have no service. We ALWAYS stay @ this hotel every time we travel through.. they will not get anymore of our services going forward

Très bien pour dormir et avoir l'essentiel.

La chambre était très propre et très grande avec 2 lit queen . À mon arrivée j’ai demandé une chambre au rez de chaussé au lieu de l’étage et c’était impossible . Pourtant le lendemain il restais des chambres libre au bas . On ne m’as jamais qu’il y avais des distributrices je m’en suis rendu compte le lendemain matin même si elles n’avaient que 2-4 item en vente . Quand on croise le personnels dans le couloir , ils nous regardes mais n’ose meme pas nous saluer . Bien en gros mais comme partout ailleur , le service à la clientèle courtois semble se perdre

Clean room, quiet setting, easy parking, good breakfast, good price. Perfect spot to take a break from driving long distance on the Québec North Shore.

Chambre très propre et grande. J'aurai ajouté un petit fauteuil supplémentaire étant donné l'espace vide dans la chambre. Difficulté avec les postes de la télévision.
