The location is conveniently located, very walkable. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The grounds are well maintained. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The apartment was very clean, in great condition, well equipped kitchen although no pot holders. There was a lot of space with 2 levels. For 2 people, it was way more space than what we needed but was a nice place to stay and within walking distance to what we wanted to see and do. We were able to do our laundry here with a washer & dryer- even had 3 laundry detergent packets available for use. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately it does not advise that the accommodation available are town house variety. Main area is upstairs. Not so good for many people.

Well equipped and clean property with easy access to the beach and shops in town. We really enjoyed using the tennis court at well. Host was also flexible with a slight change to our schedule which was very much appreciated. Would stay here again!

Amazing property. Great value. Gina was fantastic greeting us and helped us find our way around.

We had a very comfortable stay in this unit. The beds are great. Nice little view from the balcony. It was stocked with everything we could think of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us, and would have been great for four people also. We appreciated having a washer and dryer for laundry in the unit. Communication with the property managers was great, and they were very helpful in giving recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. Parking at the apartment was easy as the unit has its own driveway, and also a garage that is accessible. There are several options for shopping and eating within walking distance. The ferry over to Cook's Beach is also just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Checking in and out was uncomplicated. Great supermarket in town . Easy walk to beach. Apartment had a great floor plan , plenty of space and great facilities within the apartment. Good parking at the property .

The hosts were so kind and the unit was fantastic! Loved that there were so many things to do/places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Whitianga was for a few days respite after a long and hectic tour of NZ. The house was close to the beach and an easy walk to downtown. The house had lots of space and was well equipped.

Very well run complex, property has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay, ready walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Lots of space for me and my 2 children. The kids loved the pool. The place was tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering. We would stay again, very handy, easy place to stay to explore Mercury bay. One thing to note for families is that the room with two single beds was on the ground floor and the two bedrooms with queen beds were on the third floor, not a big deal but my children didn't want to sleep 2 floors away from me.

The unit we stayed in was nice. It was very spacious and had quite a few amenities in the unit. We were able to unpack and enjoy our time here. For the price we paid, we were not that impressed with the view or the cleanliness of the unit. The view of the ocean was a tiny window of view through someone else's backyard. The apartment had been cleaned but there were food bits in the rug in the living area. We were also told that we could request cleaning service throughout our stay but one day they came in and emptied one trash can and another day they didn't come in at all. For the price paid, we expected more and left unimpressed and a bit disappointed.

Modern, clean, good kitchen facilities and plenty of room for the 3 of us. It rained a bit so we had some fun with Pictionary.
