Limpieza de la habitación insuficiente

Excellent property. Highly recommend Very clean, staff was very polite, and helpful. We have stayed here a total of 3 times and have always been extremely satisfied with our stays. Will continue to use, on all our future visits.

Hotel limpio y agradable, el elevador muy tardado hay dos pero uno estaba fuera de servicio

Solo la alberca el agua estaba fría y eso resta puntaje al hermoso hotel, creo que deberían repararla lo antes posible y no fue así, como que no le dan importancia y para el clima si amerita ingresar a la alberca.

El hotel estaba lleno , y solo funcionaba un asensor , el trato del personal excelente, muy amables, apoyo en todo momento, altamente recomendable, bien ubicado, cargadores para auto electrico, buen bufette de desayuno

Falta mucho mantenimiento en la alberca, no estaba climatizada como dicen en la publicación, en el piso de la alberca la pintura esta inflada, en el techo del restaurante hay goteras (nos dijeron que justo arriba estaba la alberca, por lo que se está filtrando el agua). La habitación la recibimos sucia (basura de dulces de los anteriores huespedes), el sanitario estaba tapado, solicitamos mas toallas y no llegaron, tuvimos que salir a buscar a la camarista para que nos la dieran.

Las instalaciones excelentes, la atención que recibí al hacer check-in un tanto "seca" "sería" pero digamos "bien" , el desayuno no me gustó mucho el buffet , en variedad está bien Pero en sabor no me gusto

It was a great hotel I have stayed there multiple times and I always recommend is just a bit far from the city center but not too much is quiet and the staff is really helpful the only downside i suppose is that the view is not as pleasant as one may think but besides that i would recommend and is not outlandishly pricey

Buena cadena, las habitaciones muy comodas y con buen diseño.

The breakfast was good, but the servers were not available to everyone. They would attend some tables, not all. The pool had a strong smell of chlorine. The room was clean and bathroom.

The staff was very nice and polite and helpful I strongly recomend this place to stay
