Located in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.

Hotel is quite old and facilities are somewhat dated, but its location cannot be beaten and the breakfast buffet is first class.

Readily available parking, very close to the park and also only twenty minute walk to the station.

When we arrived, we were upgraded and the rooms were spacious and lovely. The location was great and we were able to walk all over. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Excellent room hotel was very clean and tidy only complaint is that the breakfast was not very warm maybe down to timing. Other than that would highly recommend 👍

Excellent location with Richmond park on your doorstep, lovely gardens and easy to walk or taxi into the centre of Richmond or Kew Gardens - a couple of lovely pubs nearby.Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Didn't have food, but had lovely cocktails at the bar

Excellent location. Beautiful scenery and lovely walk along the river. Great places to eat and drink, the food in The Ivy was amazing and decently priced. If you like Ted Lasso you can visit places they filmed and there's also a shop for memorabilia from the programme. All in all a fantastic stay 😀

Room was very comfortable but too hot. It was slow in the bar as there was a funeral wake. It wasn’t explained that it was happy hour and only certain cocktails included. The reception staff made it sound like you could have any

Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. Could improve amenities such as better tea and coffee facilities in the room but that is a personal preference

Rooms and locations are great, however during the stay on 2nd April 2026 the hotel hosted some event that was blasting music throughout the hotel until late in the evening. The event was on the ground floor and I was on the 4th floor so that gives you an idea how loud it was. I spoke to the night manager Bif** (obscuring name) and he basically refused to either ask them to stop or turn it down claiming they had a contract with the event and couldn't even ask them to turn it down. This hotel makes a lot more money from the event than renting out a room so if you come here you should hope that they don't have any events going on or you wont have a quiet night.

Fab boutique hotel on the edge of Richmond. Great suites, fab facilities, a great bar and a hearty breakfast.

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking is so convenient too, we will be back !!

We were staying for a wedding in Pembroke lodge. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice and it was absolutely great …. An extensive choice each morning. We had dinner also delicious. Highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location , staffs are great. Clean room with comfortable bed. Plenty of space for parking.

Stayed on Friday 13th. Gretted by the staff on arrival, very plesent and even got us into our room early, this was around 12:30pm which was great. The car park is at a reduced rate of £15 instead of the £25 for the day but thats still mad in my opinion. Not great for someone who's paid quite alot to stay at the property overnight. Room was ok, very small, we stayed here over 10 years ago and the rooms were bigger and nicer, this room had a Premier Inn feel to it, which is disappointing considering the hotel has quite a big name in the area, i feel its lost its specialness. Amentities were poor in the room small towels for the floor and only 1 towel for 2 people. Although only a small problem, quite an annoying issue to need to call down and get sorted, aprtically at 6am, we just wnat to shower and crack on with our morning. Ok place, great location, great staff, rooms have taken a turn for the worse in regards to size and just basicness and sadly unlikely to return, partically for the price.
