환기가 잘돼요

조식도 훌륭하고 방은 항상 깨끗해요. 항상 그런건 아니지만 어떤날은 난방이 꺼졌는지 춥게잤어요. 프론트데스크에 이야기하면 조치는 빨리 해주십니다. 고장난건지 모르겠어요. 방안에 차마실수 있게 물끓이는 주전자가 있으면 좋을것 같아요. 추운날에 차한잔 마시기 좋았으면 좋겠어요.

체크인시 Gianluca씨가 매우 친절하게 가방도 들어주고 맡아주고 여러모로 배려해주어 호텔에 대한 인상이 좋았다. 호텔은 시설도 좋고 깔끔하고 아침포함해서 미니바도 무료여서 가성비가 높았다.방은 넓은편이고 수압도 세어 샤워하기 좋음. 관광지역과는 거리가 20분 정도지만 카라칼라 욕장과 가깝고 콜ㄹ세움과도 가깝다. 동네는 아주 안전하고 조용하며 테르미니역서 360번을 타면 호텔 바로앞에 내린다. 담에 로마에 간다면 다시 갈 예정.

Sigle bed is too small

우선 호텔 자체가 굉장히 쾌적합니다. 새로 지은 곳이라 그런지 매우 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 주변의 관광지나 식당들도 잘 알려줘서 고마웠습니다. 또한 조식도 세부메뉴가 다양해 아침이 든든했습니다. 숙소 주변은 까르푸 익스프레스가 있고 조용한 편이라 큰 걱정없이 지낼 수 있습니다. 또한 걸어서 카라칼라 욕장이나 콜로세움도 15분~20분정도면 갈 수 있다는게 장점입니다. 그리고 테르미니 역에서도 바로 오고갈 수 있는 버스가 있습니다. 다만 중심지역을 왕래할때는 주변 버스의 배차간격이 너무 길다는게 문제입니다. 그래도 로마에서 지내기에 매우 좋습니다!

Not dog friendly: We wanted to stay a few nights in Rome but were told in a cold way that the dog has to stay supervised (never left alone) in the room, also for breakfast. Unacceptable when it is 35 degrees outside and for discovering Rome. After a few minutes the man told us then that it can be unsupervised for a few minutes and that one of us should stay nearby when dog is unsupervised. First time ever that we had such an experience after a lot of hotels. We even mentioned in advance that we have dog with us.

Wonderful breakfast, nice size room, clean, modern, safe location.

Nice location, closish to station, opposite a mini supermarket and about 20 minute walk to colosseum. Very simple double room, no iron or kettle for tea/coffee. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn't mind coming again due to good location and price, wish there were a few more amenities.

Our room was super small for two people!

Great people, great service, wonderful hotel and the location was exceptional with so many restaurants close by and also, a little grocery store! The rooms were clean, showers were excellent and the people were kind and very helpful.

Localização muito boa, ônibus e metrô perto, fácil locomoção. Bairro tranquilo e seguro, bons restaurantes e supermercados. Café manhã bom, cama não era boa pedimos cama casal e eram duas de solteiro juntadas. Colchões não eram bons. No mais tudo muito bom.

Hotel muito bem localizado fora da correria do centro porém próximo das principais pontos turísticos. Limpeza e café da manhã impecáveis.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a 4 stelle, ma lo considererei piuttosto un buon 3 stelle o un 4 stelle debole. La camera era molto pulita, bella e ben arredata – sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. Purtroppo il servizio è stato deludente: il personale era spesso scortese e poco disponibile, il che ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva. Anche la colazione era piuttosto semplice, con una scelta limitata e nulla di speciale. In generale, un soggiorno discreto, ma con evidenti carenze, soprattutto nel servizio.

We spent 3 nights at Hotel San Giovanni Roma and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood but still offers easy access to the center of Rome via public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the wonderful breakfast each morning—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local advice. A relaxing and convenient base for exploring the Eternal City. Highly recommended!

Hotel fora da ZLT, tem estacionamento próprio (pago), podendo deixar o carro na rua nas proximidades do hotel também. Chegamos antes do horário do check in e este foi antecipado sem nenhum custo a mais. Café da manhã excelente! Equipe educada. Recomendo.

The staff at the front desk, in particular, two ladies, were very very helpful when we needed assistance. The room was a good size and very clean. The property is a quick walk to the Coliseum and there were many dining options close by.
