전체 평가 및 리뷰 Viento Suites Cancún

I wanted somewhere relatively quiet and off the resorts area. Another reviewer also mentioned a sushi restaurant nearby so that really sealed the deal for me. As a solo female traveler, safety was also a factor. This property checked all the boxes. The room was comfortable. There was a single bed in the living room which I never used. I would have preferred some sort of couch with a hideaway bed so I could use the space as a true living room, but it was fine because ultimately I never ended up watching any tv. The fridge was a good size and it had a microwave on top of it. Being 5’1 I couldn’t reach the microwave but it wasn’t an issue for me as I never cooked any meals in the room even though it also had a full stove. The main bedroom was comfortable and had its own a/c unit which was nice. The only access to the bathroom was through the bedroom. Regarding the hot water, it’s important to follow the written instructions on the wall: Turn on the hot water all the way, THEN add cold water in until the temperature is how you like it. Follow these rules and you’ll be able to take nice long hot showers like I did. The pool area was nice and peaceful. Something I really appreciated about the property is that several times I saw cans of Raid in the hallway and by the pool and never once did I have any issues with bugs. The property is about a 1 minute walk from the Wyndham Garden Downtown, so for airport shuttle and activities I used that location. Overall, good stay.

We stayed at 4 different places during our cancun trip and this was our favorite. We are definitely coming back!

En realidad me gusto mucho, se encuentra en buena ubicación. Sólo como recomendación estaria maravilloso que ta avísen cuando pasaran a limpiar

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the 4th floor - no elevator - and that was a bit difficult for us (we're retired guys in our late 60e). The location was nice, with an excellent Japanese restaurant less than a block away.

Me gustó mucho, es el tipo de hospedajes donde uno se siente verdaderamente en casa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy cómodo

It is in downtown, 8 minutes' walk to bus station where the bus going to beach hotel zone. nearby there are stores and restaurants which is convienient. What i like most is, room is clean, shower water is hot and has strong power, air conditioner works perfect, kitchen can let you cook something which is good, quiet enviroment, good Wifi. And the staff Casy is very friendly and nice. The price for this suite is very nice.

Perfect location so much to do near by .

As a first time international traveler Viento Suites was the perfect place to experience both downtown Cancun and the Resort Area both in close vicinity. Staff was very helpful and kind and the room was clean. Hopefully I can stay here again when I return.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant options. It was a quiet neighbourhood and we felt safe walking to the restaurants. We did not get to spend much time there. We arrived late and left very early the next day. The only one thing is that we were three people. There was a sofa bed for the third person but no sheets.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy comodas, limpias y en general en buen estado, muy buena opción costo-calidad, de verdad en mi proxima visita a Cancún, repetire mi estancia en las suites.

Excellent hébergement. Une seul remarque, peut être équiper l’appartement d’un balaie et quelques et des première nécessité, sel et poivre. Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est parfait.

La propiedad está excelente y volvería a venir, está en óptimas condiciones. Solo le hace falta un mantenimiento a la alberca. Lo que no me gustó es que la camarera Casi, te pide no hacer el refresh en tu cuarto diciendo que es la única y que está cansada y se queja que no le dieron toda la información de que llegaríamos. La primera vez accedí.
