Épouvantable! L'accueil et la chambre en tant que telle était tellement "creapy" qu'on n'est pas restés... On a préféré perdre de l'argent que de rester pour la nuit -- et on n'est pas particulièrement difficiles...

The building is old but renovated to the required standard. It’s a good economical place for a temporary stay when you plan to visit Quebec City when you are on a budget. The staff’s services stood out despite the hardware condition is just on average.

Site pratique avec beaucoup de potentiel mais besoin urgent de mise à jour des espaces si possible d’ajouter cafetière et frigo ce serait pratique pour les utilisateurs en voyage VTT ou autre puisqu’il n’y a pas beaucoup d’offres resto autour

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room locks were missing, making it feel unsafe, and the bathroom lock was not working. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. I hope the management addresses these safety and maintenance problems for future guests.

Older hotel, old small tv, outdated carpet, paint, furniture.

good place and price for a last minute booking

I need a refund because I paid more than $250 for one night yet in the package there was breakfast included. When I woke up in the morning to have breakfast they told me that they do not offer breakfast yet the package was included in the price.

Did not like how we were greeted. No smile, just gave us us room no. And keys, thats it. Not going back . What a waste of money, room not very clean, suppose to have continental breakfast but nothing was there. Very poor service

Got the job done with no problems!

Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. We were travelling with kids and were worried about the condition of this place on the way to this hotel. But when we reached, we’re pleasantly surprised. I’ll definitely stay there again.
