MOA와 가까워서 여기 머물렀는데 정말 좋았어요. 모든 걸 쉽게 찾을 수 있었어요 😍

Had a perfect family staycation in Citadines! They are unique in ways that they provide water in dispenser and microwave oven. Rooms are huge and clean, though I guess they should have better lighting. The pool area is perfect for relaxation anytime of the day. Breakfast is superb! Amazing staff and service too!

Great amenities and location!

My family loves the ambiance so much! All the staff accommodating even to our mini request of borrowing a screw driver 😂 What I also love about them is how they can interact with the customers without sounding arrogant on answering our questions. Everything's smooth sailed on our staycation despite the holiday rush and we will definitely come again soon. It will be our 2nd home, I guess. 🤎. Thank you for making our holiday stay a very memorable one! Will vouch for Citadines to everyone until my last breath haha x.

Nice stay with sumptuously healthy breakfast buffet with excellent service! Will recommend to anyone I know who will visit MOA and other nearby attractions.

Room is spacious and sparkling clean.. Accessible to MOA and waltermart beside it..

The hotel has decent size room and new rooms. They respond quickly to requests. Front desk had a little problem but was able to process the check-in in timely manner. However, if you go to the 5th flr, we think because the building is not 100% completed, a heavy smell of paint is noticeable.

New hotel but still have a lot to improve in guest services. Front desk/reception took time to answer phone calls. Needs improvement on telephone etiquette.

The room was very nice, brand new and clean and the staff very caring and efficient. Many thanks for this nice stay.
