The hotel has potential, but it is very outdated. The bathroom flush and the safety box were not functioning, and some other features did not match the description. With proper maintenance and updates, it could offer a much better experience.

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön, aber auch an einigen Stellen reparaturbedürftig. Die Lage ist zentral. Der Pool war aufgrund von Verschmutzung nicht benutzbar. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Property was amazing with beautiful outdoor area. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast included with the package. The staffs were accommodating. However, the room service was slow at times and our dinner arrived 2 hours late one night.
