Very nice decor and comfortable surroundings. Basic breakfast provided.Can be noisy sometimes with guests coming and going. Whilst lighting is necessary on the stairs it is not on a timer switch therefore not suitable if you got glass door to your room as you will need to switch off during the night.Amazing view from the balcony. Spacious and modern place. Not enough information on the website for cleaning arrangements if staying more than 3 days.Staff very helpful and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our time and believe to be very good value for money. We definitely will return.😁

Solo una cosa...sistemate il bagno...non si può stare in camera per il forte odore nauseante di fogna...non c'è una finestra o un areatore

lo stabile è situato nella parte vecchia di Gaeta. in 5 minuti si arriva la porto a piedi da dove iniziano le luminarie. il gestore ti consegna il pass giornaliero per poter parcheggiare al costo di 8€. ( ne costerebbe 15€) l'interno è tutto nuovo con una bella cucina comune e una terrazza molto bella.
