The hotel staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and the employees in the restaurant did their best to please the visitors with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very good and perfect to get the day started. Let me say the staff was amazing! The helped us with locations of places to see as well as help us with a bank issue by having a staff member walk us to an international bank. This was above and beyond the call of service. Thank you!

El Hotel Diamond, es muy buena opción, el personal muy atento, el desayuno muy completo, las habitaciones amplias, buena ubicación, pero considerando que el centro de Lima es caótico, es más recomendable hospedarse en la zona de Miraflores

Aucun système de climatisation et le traffic sur l’avenue est épouvantable et bruyant. Un ventilateur ou air climatisé aurait pu couvrir le son des voitures… par contre le personnel est poli et généreux, la douche était parfaite!
