Upon checking in, we being notified by the reception that our room is out of order due to electricity failure. We have no choice and transfer to another budget hotel nearby for a night and return back to this hotel next day. Regret to said that we’re not happy with the arrangement even they gave us back some 200+THB as compensation. The hotel should inform us in advance if there is any problem. So, we can make some changes or further arrangements. Seriously, it really spoiled my mood during the trip. 👎
