전체 평가 및 리뷰 SmartRental Collection Gran Via Centric

마드리드 중심부에 위치해서 웬만한 거리는 도보로 이동이 가능하고 지하철역도 가깝습니다. 다만 숙소 입구가 호텔 맞나 싶을 정도로 좁고 3인이 예약했는데 좁은 더블침대레 쇼파하나로 불편했습니다.

all staffs are very kind and very close to sol,mayor plaza within 5min by walk.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Location, service, room condition etc. Balcony view was very impressive, too. I'm fully satisfied and will recommend this hotel without hesitation!

위치는 최고였어요. 지하철 코앞과 호텔나오자마자 바로옆에 fiveguys Burgerking 과 아이스크림집. 건너편에는백화점. 주요관광지는 걸어서 이동 가능했습니다. 우리는주말예약이라 마드리드에 사람이너무많고 광장앞에서 새벽3시까지 노래부르는바람에 시끄러워 잠을못잘정도였긴했지만 호텔 내부시설은 진짜 너무 좋았어요. 장기간숙박하기좋을곳! 테라스이용 못한것 ㅠ 정말친절한 직원들 최고였습니다. 넘 중심가라 새벽까지 시끄러울수있어요

호텔 주변에 24시간 슈퍼마켓과 지하철, 백화점이 위치해 있어 장기 숙박에 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다.

Have been staying for more than 2 weeks. Staffs are kind and friendly as they are trying to help you out. If you come to Madrid on business trip, this place offers almost second home that welcomes you after work.

This place was absolutely amazing. Location, perfect. Room condition, perfect. Staff, perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in Madrid.

Overall it was a good value for an apartment style hotel in the heart of Madrid.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Very spacious and good for a family or group. There is only one elevator. The area is in the middle of downtown and close to all the action. Seemed safe. Staff is friendly. At the reception Kamil took good care of us. Kept the luggage, understood our needs and guided us around the area. I did not know about the parking with this company and ended up parking at another place which was around 45 dollars a day.

Très bon emplacement. Appartements grands. (type suite). Confort de l'hotel (petit dejeuner en salle très agréable - bar le soir...) Bon rapport qualité prix. Pas de grande réception à l'accueil

The property was conveniently located in the hustle n bustle of town. The food options around the property were great. All historical places were easily accessible. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were friendly

Our stay was awesome, rooms are really amazing well maintained, we are like a big group like 4 families. all felt the same, awesome breakfast too. I strongly recommend for the families who would like to visit Madrid.

A localização excelente, o cafe da manha bom. Tive problema com o exasustor do banheiro que nso funcionava, solicitei o repsro e nada foi feito.

We loved the location of this property and we felt the staff were friendly and helpful. However we found the suite to be a bit run down. The suite did not have a warm and comfortable feel to it. There was a consistent sewage smell in the hallways.

Grandes suites. un peu sombres mais très spacieuses. Partie restaurant - bar très agréable. Pas de hall d'accueil.
