There is a good, priced for students breakfast coffee shop with free wifi to the left of the entrance to El Hamra. But only a few English menus, on a pillar in front of the counter inside are available. It's directly opposite the University.

No AC or heat. No towels! When we asked for them, they said "in the morning" and when we asked in the morning they got mad. Staff was either angry or unconcerned. No housecleaning, not even to take out the garbage in three days. At times, a scent of sewage.

A cheap no frills hotel in a good location. I would come back and stay there.

Unclean rooms, broken doors, loose sinks, very unpleasant stay. Highly not recommended

Room was awful. Very dirty and lack of amenities. There was no Toiletries, TV, fridge or even kettle. Bedsheets and blankets were filthy. When asked staff to clean room and change Bedsheets, they said ok but when we came back only bin were empty nothing else. Staff can't speak english. Can't use card machine to pay for city tax. Tables were full of dust and old stains infact we could see blood stains. No remote for AC and no key for balcony door. Absolutely worse experience.

The staff are nice, the facility need lot of improvement, only one towel for two guests, small small cheap soap, no glass to drink, no Tv, they did not change the pillow cover or the sheet, not good for handicapped. Expedia charge $45 but the hotel charges only $30. Do not let pictures fool you, pay $10 to $20 more and get a better hotel. I am a traveller because I work for a major International Airline and I am using hotels all over the world.

Les photos de l'hôtel sur le site sont trompeuses car elles datent, les chambres pas top, pas de chauffage, aucun entretien de la chambre pendant le séjour, mauvais accueil et malhonnête. Je crois que vous devriez retirer cet hôtel de votre Site

Managers/owners advertise more expensive and various rooms, but when you check in they only give you smaller rooms, but paying the same as advertised.

No a decent shower with enough hot water

The bathroom was so badly , needs to improve it Also the tourist taxes was so terrible , we had a short discussion at the moment of check in , but finally we solved it .

Hôtel vieillissant et peu chaleureux. Le lieu est bruyant et non insonorisé donc peu adapté au repos. L'accueil est peu chaleureux également, voir désagréable ce qui est dommageable quand on connaît la réputation ( qui n'est plus à faire)du Maroc en terme d'accueil.

La habitación muy descuidada, muy sucio, hotel tercermundista y el personal incompetente y desagradable. En mi opinión, este hotel debería estar cerrado al público. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible

Was the worst hotel that i visit in the world, i can’t sleep and the bathroom is for kids, don’t lose your money and pay 10$ more it s better.
