It was cute and clean.

Very tidy, clean and quiet room. Staff were excellent

Pas de terrasse, c’est le palier de l’entrée de l’hôtel et du resto qui est considéré comme terrasse. Déjeuner servi dans la chambre mais bon et complet. Chambre joliment décorée mais toilette défectueuse.

The property was tight for two couples. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Super cute apartment with everything we needed. Walking distance to the palaces and other tourist attractions. Very clean, easy parking, and very helpful and friendly staff.

The room was nice and quaint. The lady who checked us in knew little English but was really nice. We missed breakfast one day because we didn't know it was coming. The next day the nice lady delivered breakfast in picnic basket. It was nice. We parked for free in the lot across the street. Problem was no one told us a street market happens in that parking lot on Sunday. Our rental car was surrounded by venders. The police had to get involved to help us get out of the parking lot. It was stressful. Be aware.

We were intentionally downgraded to an inferior room, as the management felt we got too good of a deal on the booking site we used to book. We booked and paid for two nights in a one bedroom unit with kitchen. We were checked into a studio with a tiny fridge and nowhere to place luggage. Upon addressing this with the staff, they offered to move us but it was too late at night and was not suitable as we had already settled in and were busy with plans.

We loved the Storytellers Villas. The location in Sintra was perfect for us, with the bus stop right across the plaza. Our villa had 2 rooms and 1 bathroom with plenty of hot water for washing dishes and showering at the same time. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The floors were wood with floor runners. The son of the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The house keeper had breakfast, continental, ready between 8:30 and 8:45 daily. Our rooms were very clean and always made up when we arrived back from excursions. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

We loved our stay at the Storytellers Villas. The accommodation was beautiful. We had everything we needed. Diogo and the housekeeper were very welcoming and always available to answer any questions and offer suggestions. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting the enchanting city of Sintra.

Delicioso em todos os sentidos! Oj espremido na hora, pão fresco e pastelaria e frios e queijo entregues em nosso apartamento todas as manhãs. Terrenos tranquilos e agradáveis. E a equipe/anfitriões são tão amigáveis, envolventes. Sinceramente, desejo que os convidados se sintam confortáveis.

We had a lovely stay. The owner was wonderful, cooked us an amazing breakfast, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

Wow wow wow! We absolutely loved this place. We had a cute little 1 bdrm apartment and it was so perfect. Beautifully decorated, peaceful, comfy. There was a full refrigerator and microwave so we were able to have our left overs from the awesome food we had while visiting Sintra. Christina was our main host at the office and she was WONDERFUL! So friendly and full of recommendations and helpful advice. She was there for anything/everything we needed. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, which was welcome as the city center is very crowded. This place is truly a gem.

Great staff and management were fantastic and very helpful. Free street parking was good. The facility is very modest at best. And far away from all the attractions.

We stayed in the ground level studio apartment. Cute space, pretty entrance, manicured courtyard, nice kitchen area. Wonderful restaurants within a short walk. Free parking lot across the street. We visited during an unusual heat spell. The AC tower was not suitable to keep the space comfortable. Could not open doors since they were ground level and did not have screens. Air circulation not adequate, felt stuffy.

Beautiful property. Great hosts. Our best stay in our two week Portugal trip!
