Great location and convenient. Right beside St-Jovite. Great view if you get the mountain view! The dry sauna was also relaxing.

The hotel itself is ok, but the behavior of two front desk employees completely ruined our experience. When I politely asked for information, they laughed at me, acted disrespectfully, and were extremely unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that neither of them was wearing a name tag, and they only reluctantly gave their names after I insisted. They claimed to be Naomie and Cloe, although I honestly doubt they were even telling the truth. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but after this experience we will never return. Customer service like this is embarrassing for any hotel, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before booking here.

Everything was good besides the elevator that made noise when it closed and opened but our house his stay was beautiful. Good time

Room not cleaned tub drain plugged holes in screen and sheets no designated area for smoking outside if there was to close to building all you could smell is weed and cigarette smoke, no phone in room elevator dirty done staff not able to speak English emails from Ax all in French. Parking was good. Didn’t eat at hotel.

Front Desk personnel were very nice and efficient. Check-in was fast. The room was probably the cleanest I have ever seen. Not a hair. Bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TV had many channels, including sport to watch the NHL playoffs. There was a fridge and a mini kitchenette with Plates, bowls and cuttlery. Everything was clean. The lobby is spacious with alot of seating. I would return there any time I need to stay in Tremblant.

Déjeuner non compris et pas trop varier en plus trop cher!! Mais pour le reste tour est parfaits !!
