Fantastic staff. Probably the best staff I've ever interacted with at a hotel.

Every was great. Special mention to the staff who were really nice, super helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the room was great! We also enjoyed the breakfast Buffet . we really enjoyed that the hotel was not overwhelming with guests.

Spotless room, excellent but unobtrusive service, quiet, with excellent cocktails in the lobby bar.

The room and hotel were spotless, close to amenities. The staff were excellent hosts, very friendly, helpful and inviting.

Just perfect

I excellent! Exceeded expectations esp for the reasonable price point and the gym/spa nearby is amazing! Staff was extremely friendly, very clean rooms and delicious coffee. What more do you need!

Very nice rooms and great service

La chambre était impeccable en plus d’offrir une vue sur le centre-ville et le mont royal. L’accueil était convivial. L’emplacement était idéal, à 15 minutes de marche du centre-ville ou du quartier chinois, directement sur le plateau. Le seul commentaire serait un niveau du buffet déjeuner qui était correct mais sans plus.

Website said valet parking but staff would not park my car because I had all weather tires and not specifically winter tires.

Very courteous staff, delicious breakfast. Beautiful room. Very clean and spacious.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel and the staff were wonderful. They heard it was my husbands birthday and gave him a little present, it was so thoughtful and very sweet. They clearly do everything they can to take care of their guests like calling a restaurant to notify them we would be late. Just above and beyond and we will stay there again!

Chambre très bien, bien insonorisé avec l’extérieur mais le système de chauffage très bruyant.. dommage. Magnifique salle de bain mais plancher extrêmement froid, aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain. Personnels sympathique.
