Unbelievable hotel!! Loved every minute of it and the staff were so helpful with everything. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Cairo.

The hotel is rated the best in the city and earns that distinction. Staff are very responsive and attentive to the guest needs. I had a very good stay.

This is the best hotel in Cairo, staff is 10/10, food is 10/10, facilities and operations 10/10, rooms 10/10, spa & indoor pool 10/10, decoration 10/10... only comment is the pool area is a bit disappointing, everything else is 10/10

This is a luxury hotel on the Nile Corniche with small but excellent gym, indoor swimming pool and choice of restaurants. The staff are excellent - from housekeeping to Front Desk and Security. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is a short cab drive from Tahrir Square and is a good starting point for central Cairo, the Pyramids or the Airport by tour or taxi.

One of the finest hotels we have experienced in the world! Five star staff, service, and accommodations! Ate at Sirocco twice and had memorable meals. Staff were all professional, courteous, and kind! Was only in Cairo for two days with my wife, and St. Regis left a lasting impression.

Our stay at the St. Regis Cairo exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. ​The cleanliness of the room was remarkable; housekeeping clearly takes great pride in their work. We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. ​The standout of our trip, however, was the service. Nancy from the Concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us navigate the city. Her recommendations were spot on and her professional, warm demeanor was much appreciated. If you are looking for luxury paired with a staff that truly cares, this is the place to be.

We had a beautiful dinner by the pool, and Yassin made the experience even better. He was very kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. His service was excellent, and he truly made our evening enjoyable and memorable.

Everything was perfect! Nile view room, butler Service, hibiscus Bloody Mary’s, spa, breakfast, hospitality and amenities all top notch!!!

Staff are amazing with quick responses to requests and very generous with their time in giving advice and service. Room service very prompt. Room is really spacious, clean and well organized- feels like a small apartment. One of the best hotels I stayed in. Has 3 different restaurants including Egyptian, asian and western food choices. I would stay again here as the location is also perfect.

Booked a suite in the St Regis, Cairo... 1) security employee who x-rayed my bag in the Garage wanted to confiscate my small personal speaker and keep them with bell captain!!! I refused to give my small personal speaker to him it to him and I kept it in the car. Anyway, in my suite there was a large Bose speaker. 2) They x-rayed my bag three times. Once in Garage, and twice in ground floor. 3) The suite was dark, one lamp was not working, three employees enter the room in a span of an hour trying to fix the lamp, with no avail. 4) An employee comes to my room with a HUGE mirror!! It was 6 feet by two feet (not kidding), I tell them I dont want it. They kept saying this mirror has a lit frame and that they had no other lighting options. 5) we oredered room service, the staff was unprofessional with a waiter hugging the ice bucket . When I asked him, why not bring the ice bucket on a tray? He said it is so busy because there is a "football match". 6)It was a hassle to bring the room service staff back to take the leftovers. The room service staff hinted that this was a "housekeeping" task. Overall, will never stay there again. I should have stayed at the Four Seasons.
