Hotel memang bersih, termasuk kamar dan lainnya, sayang kita harus membayar untuk handuk dan lainnya. Handuk dan sabun adalah standar para penginap. Pegawai hotel hanya bekerja sampai jam 18:30 sehingga jika kita membutuhkan sesuatu, kita tidak bisa dilayani. Yang menyenangkan adalah pegawai yang ramah. Lokasi dekat dengan jalan utama dan pusat bisnis.

Menyenangkan, tapi perlu beberapa perhatian khusus. Bagi para tamu yang ingin menginap disini. Agar perlu diperhatikan bahwa jam resepsionisnya adalah dari pukul 8.30 am - 06.00 pm. Jadi ketika melakukan check in di luar tersebut makan anda akan dikasih amplop yang berisi kode akses masuk hotel dan berisi keterangan nomor kamar inap. Disini tidak ada kunci kamar hanya tersedia dari dalam saja. Saya mendapat info bahwa di sini tetap aman meskipun kamar yang saya pesan (1 room/2 guest) tidak ada kunci luar kamar. Karena sudah tersedia CCTV 24 Jam. kebutuhan alat mandi hanya disediakan sikat gigi saja. Untuk handuk bisa rental di hotel ini dengan harga 2 dollar brunei (kadang disebut ringhit brunei). Saya menyarankan agen online untuk mengupdate informasi jam kerja resepsionis di hotel ini. Supaya para tamu bisa me-manage waktunya untuk check in di hostel ini.

Akomodasi yang sangat bagus di brunei, menyenangkan tinggal disini serta dekat dengan tempat tempat penting.

Helpless staff, if you request something from them they will give you “if you not happy just fxxk Oxf” attitude! Not to stay here! Been stay there more than 4 times, the building always got water shortage problem! Plus, a dorm that next to window is super noisy, cos the highway just next to the building
