숙소가 오버부킹되어, 저희 부부가 싱글베드에서 자게 되었을 때는 정말 절망적이었지만 그걸 서비스로 상쇄시켜줘서 괜찮었습니다. 이 가격에 아침까지 제공해주는 점도 맘에 들고, 저녁에 일층 식당을 이용해도 되어 좋습니다. 다만 단점은 동네 치안이 좀 걱정되는 정도입니다. 여자 혼자라면 비추입니다

혼자 여행하면서 마지막 며칠의 일정을 호텔에서 편히 쉬고싶어서 예약하게 됐습니다. 프론트데스크가 없는건 알고있었지만 룸에 전화기도 없어서 소통을 하려면 1층 바로 직접 내려가거나 청소해주시는분에게 쪽지를 남겨야 했습니다. 그리고 아침조식은 스크램블이나 갓구운 소시지 같은거 기대하심 안되고 크로아상, 슬라이스치즈, 슬라이스햄, 오렌지쥬스, 시리얼,우유, 요거트, 몇가지 과일, 컵케이크 2가지, 토스트, 커피, 차 가 전부 입니다. 호텔 조식이라고 하기에는 좀 간소한편이라 원하지 않으시면 근처의 식당에서 드시는것도 나쁘지 않을것 같습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하셨고 룸 내부도 깔끔했지만 호텔 가격이나 외관 등 기대에 비해 저런 몇가지가 약간 아쉬웠습니다.

Considering the central location in London, we had a surprisingly quiet room. There was the exception of a couple of room doors slamming shut at night, though not too late, presumably because they're all fire safety doors. The bed was very large and fairly comfortable. Though the footprint of the room wasn't huge, it felt very spacious because of the lovely high ceilings, and the decor was contemporary and attractive. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The tap was a bit loose but not a problem. It would've been useful to have a hook or two on the door to hang clothes etc on. AC worked very well and cooled the room quickly. Overall a very pleasant stay, and for the price, we'll probably come back when next in London.

Great location, within walking distance to Central London. Staff were attentive and helpful. For a B&B the stay was good. Clean rooms, a more than acceptable breakfast. For the price it couldn't be beaten.

They are renting closets here. Smallest room I’ve ever seen. There is no hotel staff, the bartender doubles as the front desk clerk. Would not stay here again.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr positiven Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen - alles war sauber und ordentlich, an die Enge in den Bädern der Zimmer muss man sich gewöhnen. Das erste Abendessen in diesem Haus war hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet hat allerdings noch viel Luft nach oben. Im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aber alles super.

The room was spotless clean and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely superb, both front of house, in the bar/restaurant and cleaners. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip hier. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und hat für Londoner Verhältnisse große Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, es gab Toast und entwand Aufschnitt, sowie Obst, Joghurt und Müsli. Die Lage ist Zentral mit Bus und Bahn ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Herzen Londons. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Zimmerservice hat täglich gereinigt und eine neue Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt. Wir wagen rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Frühstück war eine kleine Auswahl aber okay.

Essen war gut für Hotelgäste gab es 10% Rabatt, wenn man dort gegessen oder getrunken hat. Frühstück war klein aber fein. Zimmer sind ausreichend unsere Matratze war nicht so gut. Jede Sprungfeder hat man gemerkt. Die Matratze im anderen gebuchten Zimmer war um Welten besser. Fahrstuhl der in der Nacht ausgeschaltet wird was für deutlich mehr Ruhe sorgt. Lautstärke aus dem Pub hat man in den Zimmern nicht gehört. Im großen und ganzen ein toller Aufenthalt.

Super Lage, Bus und U-Bahn fussläufig. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es für jeden etwas, sehr leckeren Kaffee, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Wurst, Käse und sogar Lachs.

Clean with excellent continental breakfast. Great location. Small rooms.

Para empezar, no te recibe nadie, los Elevadores no funciona de 7pm a 11Am, yo escribí que llegaría más tarde, porque hubo cambios en el vuelo, llegué con 4 maletas, ellos me enviaron email con un código para abrir la puerta de entrada, hasta ahí bien, cuando abre la puerta, las escaleras eran pequeños escalones impinados, incómodos, por cada piso tenía que subir aproximadamente 45 escalones y me habían dado una habitación en el cuarto piso, cuando llegó al 4to piso, me dirijo a la habitación porque, en el email decía que las llaves estarían dentro de la habitación, pues al llegar, la puerta estaba cerrada, no había nadie, solo mi compañero y yo con 4 matetas y dos bultos, no conseguíamos a nadie, decidimos bajar para buscar a esa hora ya habían pasado casi hora y media desde que llegué allí, esto llevaba casi 48 horas sin dormir porque llegué allí desde Puerto Rico, cuando ya nos íbamos aparece una muchacha preguntando si nos podía ayudar, esta sale de un restaurante al lado del hotel o Motel, porque no tenía ningún detalle de lujo, ella nos entra al restaurante y nos dice que ellos son parte del “Hotel”, y dice que va a llevarnos por el elevador, haciendo una excep, no se supone que el elevador se usará a esa hora porque tiene horar de uso, nos lleva de nuevo a la hab., supuestamente una Doble de Lujo, cuando abre la puerta me dieron ganas de llorar, aquello era una caja de fósforos, no se podía caminar, pequeña, el baño igual, Waoo, que clase de engaño y falta de respeto
