결론먼저: 유어오포를 이용하쥐마쉐요 손님에게 사긔를 칩니돠 +그리고 호텔스닷컴은 짱이에요 최고 유어오포를 매우 신뢰하며(스탭이 너무 친절하고 방또한 겉으로 보았을땐 매우 청결해보였어요) 이 체인에서만 위치별로 총 3번의 숙박을 했던 사람입니다(총8박) 상벤투,히베이라,볼랴오 세곳 전부 묵어봤어요 *히베이라-박휘볼레 겁나 큰거 듀마리를 보았어요 벽이 돌벽이라 동굴같아요 박휘가 좋아하게 생겼어요 박휘가 한국처럼 사람을보면 도망가는게 아니라 우다다다다 쫓아와욜 바로 방 옮겼어요 *상벤투-무난하고 아늑해요 근데 너무너무 어둛고 창문을열면 뇨슉쟈와 아이컨택 합니다 그리고 자꾸 밑엣층에 물이샌다며 저희가 있을때에도 방을 들어와 점검하더니(아무문제 없음) 나중에 저희가 없을때에도 지들 임의대로 방을 확인했어요 물론 저희방의 문제는 아니었구요 방에 귀즁품이 조금 있었는데 찝찝했어욜 *볼랴오-베드벍그가 나왔어요 가보시면 압니다 나오게 생겼어요 모든 바닥,선반 재질들 전부 썩은 ㄴ ㅏ무로 되어있어요 그럴듯하게 칠만 잘해놨지 자세히보면 화장실 문틀도 썩은 ㄴ ㅏ무입니다 증말 썪어있어욜 ****무엇보다 이 숙소는 손님에게 사긔를 칩니다 박휘볼레때문에 체크인하자마자 아파트를 다시 옮겼어요 700미터의 언덕길을 캐리어를끌며 왔다갔다하느라 힘들었지만 그건 문제가 아니에요 이 이후 박휘가 나온 숙소 결제건을(19만원) 취소해주겠다며 새로 옮긴 방 결제건을(14만원) 직접와서 받아갑디다 문제는 그 이후 19만원 결제건 취소가 안되어 문의하니 말이 바뀝니다 후에 받아간 14만원은 방을 업그레이드 하면서 저희가 지불한 돈이래요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 박휘나온거 사과할땐 언제고 지금와선 자기들은 모르는일이래요 제가 혹시몰라 미리 방사진과 호텔스에 각방 올라온 금액들등 증거사진 전부 찍고 캡쳐해놨는데도 거짓말을 합니다 결국 얘네랑은 말섞기 싫어서 호텔스닷컴 통해 전부 해결받았습니다 호텔이 말을 바꿨음에도 호텔스닷컴측에서 전부 취소처리 해주신다네요 제발 유어오포 체인을 이용하쥐마쉐요 볼랴오에서 베드벍그를 만난것은 해당 리뷰에 작성할 예정임뉘돠 이것 또한 대처가 넘후나 어이가없어요 포르투엔 저렴하고 좋은숙소가 너무나 많아요 제발 유어오포 체인을 이용하쥐마쉐욜 유일한장점: 스탭이 정말 너무너무너무 친절해요 아쉬운점: 사긔를 치네요

위치 아주 좋고요, 메일문의에 대한 회신도 완전 빠르고요~ 리셉션이 없어도 불편함 없이 너무 잘 지냈습니다. 첫날 포르투에 대한 설명도 너무 좋았습니다. (맛집이며 관광지며 꼼꼼하게 알려주시네요)

일단 위치가 엄청 좋아요. 깨끗하고 화장실도 2개(샤워부스1개) 편하게 사용했어요. 방에 더블 베드 하나 거실겸 부엌에 소파베드가 있었는데 퀸? 킹? 사이즈 엄청 컸어요. 따로 부탁해서 사용할수있게 설치하고 사용했어요. 길가인데 조용하고 난방기구도 충분해서 따뜻하게 보낼수 있었어요. 주빙기구도 충분하고 새 제품이었습니다.

숙소자체는 엄청 깨끗합니다. 역에서도 약2-3분정도 걸리는 것 같구요. 단, 침대가 조금 작네여. 이상한 소음으로 잠을 못자서 결국 마지막날 숙소를 옮겨서 불편하긴 했지만, 직원들 모두 친절하고 신속하게 대응해 주셔서 감사했습니다.

엄청깨끗하고 아늑합니다 다만 외부에 숙박이름이 없어서 찾는데 힘들긴햇어요 사용하진않앗지만 조리도구 종류별로 다있어서 놀랏어요!!

기차역 바로 앞이라 시내 어디든 이동이 편합니다. 스탭도 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗합니다. 폰도 제공해 줘서 현지 통화 가능하고 맵으로 이동도 됩니다. 문열때 핸들을 좀 당겨야 잘열리는거 하나 불편했어요

We had not been given the code to access the front door so we were stuck outside until we could contact the owner. We also never got access to the internet despite calling and being told they would reset the router. The unit is in a nice location though. I wish they were a bit more attentive to details such as the access codes Before we got there. Another point was that someone had left an unwashed dish and knife in the sink. Otherwise, all else was very clean.

Great flat. Great location. Bigger and more comfy bed needed. The size / comfort of the bed is disappointing.

The location and installation is great! Very spacious for a family of four. The only reason I gave this a lower review than usual is because the check in process was not smooth for us. They were supposed to send me a code before arrival and they never did. I called the number on the building and couldn’t get a hold of them till after 20 mins. There is no one in the building that can guide or help if needed.

Great location. Apartment is clean and functional.

We stayed the nights of 6&7 May 2025.The owner should have advised us in advance of the student parade and the construction because we could not find the parking garage that was close to the apartment. When we called the manager from our car after making the first circle around the apartment, the owner sent us a link, but it had no directions. The link did not name the garage so that we could put it into our GPS. Consequently, we found a parking garage that was quite a distance and ended up costing us over €100 for having spent two nights at the apartment. What’s more, we had to drag our luggage uphill over cobblestones for a quarter of a mile in order to reach the apartment. There were no instruction manuals in the apartment for how to use the washing machine or the stove top. We had to call the owner. It was rather stressful since we were trying to cook dinner. The kitchen cabinet doors were coming off the hinges, and there was not even a bowl to make a salad in. The second morning we woke up to no hot water for a shower. No response from owner when we texted. For the very high price we paid for two nights, we would have really appreciated a partial refund for this less than satisfactory experience. Again, no response from owner.

Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Convenient location to restaurants and attractions. The only downside was that we were not sent a physical address in advance, and the building exterior doesn’t have a sign, so we were wandering around the general vicinity but had no idea which building was ours. Luckily, we had a phone number and received a prompt reply with the needed information.

There is construction happening nearby but not at night. The city is adding to their metro train line. It’s a busy area, but perfectly situated for everything. Half a block from Sao Bento station.

This apartment is exactly as it looks. I was never sent the codes to get into the building and the apartment and they're phone wasn't working. It was a hassle. Make sure you get them before you arrive because no one is there. Loved the location and overall clean and well stocked. There was kind of a gas smell coming from the bathroom but I am nose sensitive! Give it a 4.5 overall!

No front desk. When we finally got someone to talk to they didn’t speak any English, apartment walls were dirty our main bathroom had a written note on door that said broken. Expedia web site said 15.00 for parking paid 42.00 dollars. Bathroom had mold on doorframe. Not a very pleasant stay. Plus said a free bottle of water.we never received a bottle of water
