We would go back ! Loved it

We had a fabulous stay. Only thing I didn’t understand was why pay more for a pet friendly caravan and then have to pay again for a dog? Surely it should be included in the price of a pet friendly caravan as they are generally more expensive than a non Pet friendly caravan? Other than that, I couldn’t fault the place, everyone was friendly, the service was next level. Would defo stay again.

Good customer service and staff very responsive. Evening entertainment is funny and reps very positive/humorous. Accommodation: Static Caravan fine. Location: Very Central Pool indoor and outdoor, small but adequate. Downside: Drinks prices at the bar are very expensive! No shop on site, although co-op is only a 2 minute walk from yhe entrance.

Im Allgemeinen hatten wir da einen guten Aufenthalt. Nur knirschte das ganze Haus, als es bloss ein bisschen wehte. Abgesehen davon war alles in Ordnung. Den Ort ist auch mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar

This was our third time staying at the lakes rookley. Great accommodation friendly and helpful staff will definitely come back and stay again

Pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the site and cabin, a little rough round the edges ie slight bit of mold in the shower, chairs need a deep clean but it was livable and we enjoyed our stay

We asked for a easy access caravan, didn't get one, tried to get it changed but they said that there was none available, couldn't check in before 4pm, they wouldn't even tell me which caravan I was getting which seemed awkward, we paid for a luxury caravan, it wasn't, the carpets and settee, 6 dinning chairs were dirty and stained, the sink work top was stained and had mould around the edges, outside the decking was filthy, we had to walk down some steps despite asking for a easy access, my wife struggles walking, they didn't seemed bothered,

Really clean and spacious caravan, very pretty setting. The only mark down on cleanliness was for the pool and changing areas, it was a nice pool but there wasn't really anywhere to change and leave stuff, and the general changing area/ toilets could've done with more regular cleaning. The caravan and everywhere else was very clean though, we had a lovely stay and would return.

The property was clean , staff were friendly , pool was lovely and warm

Great stay overall but the place needs a bit of TLC. Sofas ripped and the floors very dirty.

We only stayed 1 night out of the 5.the place was filled with dog hairs even though its said to be pet free.blinds in bathroom and kitchen filthy and broken.person in opp van smoking weed.ask3d to be moved told noits all full.only said it was surposed to be hovered.but wasent. My grandson and i have allergys to pets ruined our holday

Value for money for our type of stay. Spacious it being what it is, you can not get this in a B&B or hotel for that price. Very central on the island which was great for us.

Lovely holiday park - highly recommend.

Our luxury caravan (with hot tub) was simply adorable, furniture good, beds comfy, loaded with lovely duvet! Included in the van: Washing machine Dishwasher (couple of tablets provided) Wine cooler Gas hob (seperate) Gas oven Built in "glowing" fire Full central heating Unfortunately no WiFi We will be booking again

No wifi. In 2024... Surely Away Resorts can afford to put wifi in all cabins. Their competitors can...

An amazing stay as usual. Me and my partner have been coming for 4 years now 3 times a year. We love it there the peace and quiet. The cottages are lovely and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful the food at the restaurant is lovely too. Great place for a family too.

The caravan was well presented and clean. The resort was an ideal place to base our holiday and was within easy reach of all the places of interest we wanted to visit. Facilities at the resort were good but if you want to use the swimming pool book your slot when you arrive as there is limited availability. The co-op store just across the road from the resort is extremely useful for those essentials you have either forgotten or need. I advise taking some oven gloves if you intend to cook as these are not supplied.

The property had an on suite which i didn't expect. I cant find fault with anything, it was lovely.
