Très bonne expérience. Accueil au top, service de chambre et service de ménage très pro (petit clin d’œil à Leila). Tous le personnel de la réception en passant par le restaurant ainsi que le personnel s’occupant de l’entretien des chambres étaient super gentil. Chambre super agréable spacieuse très bien équipée avec une grande télévision comme à la maison.

C’est un très beau Hotel, pas loin de l’aéroport propre petit déjeuner très bien. Je le conseille.

A great hotel to stay at when visiting Algiers and need to be in the airport area.

L’hôtel est très pratique pour les escales les voyages très tôt le matin je vous le recommande il est parfait propre rien à redire il est beau pratique les services sont là dans l’hôtel et c’est top

Un peu déçue par le restaurant tres bon bien presenter le seul bémols quand je vais a la caisse payer il a pas la monnaies ce qui devrais porfiter au clients lui au contraire ne ma pas rendu ma monnaie en me disant désolée je n'est pas l'appoint ca ma choquée

J’envoie un mail 48h avant mon arrivée a l’hôtel pour commander une nevatte de transport de l’aéroport à l’hôtel réponse le jour du départ après des avis négatifs que j’ai mis sur leur réseau Facebook Et toujours pas de réponse inquiétude pendant mon voyage bref je voulais changer d’hôtel

3 nuits dans ce Hyatt Accueil et services parfait Merci à Dalila pour son sourire et le soin qu elle apporte aux clients. Les chambres sont toujours top, mais je trouve qu il y a un manque d’entretien, les portes des toilettes du rdc ne ferment plus, il y a des fuites d eau, la porte du Hammam coince et il y a de la rouille

As a Discoverist member of Hyatt I continue staying at Hyatt hotels everywhere in a world for business . However, Hyatt regency hotel of Alger Algeria Airport has a very poor customer service unfortunately that is not the standard of Hyatt hotel. This time I had a very terrible experience. My bad experience was at the restaurant by the stuff member of Hyatt during a breakfast time. Resturant stuff and bar are very bad regarding their customers service. The last day of my stay I went for breakfast. Sometimes we forget if the breakfast is included or not in our booking that can happen. Before getting in a person stuff ask about the room number to check if breakfast is already pay and included or not. Once he check my room I heard him saying included. Before finishing my breakfast a service name Dalila brought a bill put it on the table with a very bad attitude without saying good morning or anything she has a very bad attitude all the time I am at the breakfast not a first time. When I tried to ask her why she is giving me a bill as my understanding the breakfast is included she ignored me. Went to see the person at the breakfast door name abdelra to clarify this he said I told is not included I tried to explain to him that I just heard included but he started yelling at me and asking me to pay in front of everybody I had nothing with me so I asked him to put it on the room. He refused. When I said your customer service is bad he said you are in a bad position to tell me that.

The property is beautiful, but the room was missing some essentials for two guests, such as slippers, extra bath towels, and a coffee mug.
