The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring.

Lovely hotel, a little north of the City. Great staff, huge rooms. Really good coffee at breakfast. The view of the Volcano in the pics must be from a drone, the best view is next to the elevators on floors 12 or 14.

Pros: edificio nuevo. La sauna y la camara de vapor fue lo unico rescatable aunque les faltan servicios alli. Cons: me trataron con mucha pataneria y chantajeandone para pagar IGV . Si no pagaba no entraba al hotel, a pesar de que soy norteamericano, reserve desde USA y pague desde USA.o sea estoy extento. Este hotel esta lejos de restaurantes y centros comerciales. Esto de obligarme a pagar un tax malogró el sabor de mi viaje que era descansar y debieron evitarlo porque igual recuperaré mi dinero antes de salir del pais haciendo trámite de devolución de IGV. No viaje para lidiar con la administracion publica peruana. Se pudo evitar este absurdo logro que no vuelva a usar este hotel nunca mas.

El desayuno me toco pagarlo la primera mañana, es demasiado caro y muy poca variedad. La cama es muy suave.

This the second time we stayed on this hotel.. all staff are amazing… alway smiling and willing to help at any moment, housekeeping maintain the room clean all the time, Arequipa’s view from my room and next to the elevator was amazing… all staff at the kitchen was so nice.. definitely I will back again …
