It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15 am wakeup call.

Nice staff, good breakfast variety and very clean place. A little disappointed as the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were not hot enough even though I let reception and some other staff know about it.

Wonderful hotel, but the spa was closed which was a bit of a disappointment. The breakfast was like heaven. I have been to 92 countries and I have never had such a nice breakfast

Nuevo el hotel pero detalles tan importantes no se deben olvidar: - no había toallitas para tallarse el cuerpo durante la ducha - el piso en la regadera está súper resbaloso - quise usar el sauna, vapor y demás y no estuvieron disponibles - la TV del gimnasio no encendió
