전반적인 인상 프런트 데스크 직원들은 숙박 기간 내내 매우 친절하고 따뜻한 분위기를 조성해 주었습니다. 마지막 날을 제외하고는 전반적인 숙박 경험이 만족스러웠고 시설도 잘 관리되었습니다. 개선해야 할 점 마지막 날 객실 청소 상태에 심각한 문제가 발생하여 숙박 경험이 크게 손상되었습니다. 객실에 제공된 침대 시트에서 혈흔이 발견되었는데, 이는 위생 및 객실 관리 측면에서 매우 실망스러운 부분이었습니다. 결론 프런트 데스크의 서비스는 훌륭했지만, 마지막 날 비위생적인 침구류는 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박을 망친 결정적인 단점이었습니다.

이곳은 정말 아늑하고 깨끗하며, 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 전문적이세요. :)

모든 것이 좋았지만, 방의 방음 품질이 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 다른 손님이 지나가거나 주변에서 수다를 떨 때 밖에서 나는 소음이 들릴 수 있습니다. 자정에 잠이 얕은 사람이라면 귀찮을 수 있습니다.

I have no regret of choosing this place for my vacation as everything is perfect and I'll definitely stay here again the next time I come to Langkawi. The room is super clean and I love the ambience. The rain type shower is so refreshing. The staff are so friendly- from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff, everyone serves with a smile. The location is great as well. Everything is just within a walking distance in Cenang. There is a free parking near the studio (the entrance can be tricky especially if its your first time since there are food truck stops nearby but you'll get used to it) nothing to complaint about and I'll strongly recommend this place to those who wanted a place to experience in Langkawi.

정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다! 아름다운 객실, 넓은 공간, 그리고 수영장 바로 앞이라 좋았습니다. 해변까지 걸어서 갈 수 있고 주변에 상점도 많았습니다.

I have request room with one large bed and have stated on my booking receipt. But on that day, I received room with two single bed. I already complaint to the hotel. But they said that traveloka give wrong information to them.

I had the most pleasant stay ever here. The room very spacious, clean and tidy. Their staff also so friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Worth every single of penny. Definitely will come again here. Highly recommended. 5 stars service!! But just need to improve wifi service because it’s too slow.
