가격이 비싸지만 좋습니다. 다만 리버뷰가 아니라서 인터컨이나 메리어트 보다 비싸기에 알고 가시는 게 좋을듯해요

Had breakfast in our room. A little disappointing as the food could have been warmer and there was no butter for the toast; well I say toast … the bread had probably only had 5-10 secs in the toaster and no colour whatsoever. Had a massage at the Spa which was excellent.

Clean room, beautiful property.

You would be missing out if you didn't stay at this beautiful hotel. The building alone is gorgeous, felt like being transported back in time to an age of sophistication and elegance. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The stuff from reception to dining to Housekeeping are friendly and attentive and go abive and beyond to help. The hotel is located in a prime spot for the sights, dining and shopping.

Friendly staff and clean room

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning, and the staff were exceptional from start to finish. Our room was immaculate, and the twice-daily housekeeping was a thoughtful touch—especially the evening turndown service that prepared the room for a relaxing night. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, high-class experience. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Budapest.

Tolles Hotel

Fremragende hotel, service i top klasse. Sidste dag skulle vi tidligt afsted til lufthavnen og fik derfor en togo morgenmad, frygtelig dårligoplevelse. Hotellet burde have krediteret os morgenmaden den sidste dag og bedt os spise i lufthavnen. Så havde de llevt op til deres ellers så høre standard.

Lækker lokation, meget service minded personale.

This 5-star hotel is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Budapest - built in the 1900s- You should definitely stay in this hotel, tour the building, and admire the masterpiece of classical architecture. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and kind, it is an experience to come here again and again.

The hotel was was one of the finest I have stayed at. From guest services and housekeeping to the check-in team and restaurant staff, every member of the team was exceptionally courteous and professional. My only disappointment was the buffet breakfast; while the presentation was excellent, the dishes lacked sufficient flavor. I particularly enjoyed the kiwi fruit and croissants. Despite the minor drawback, I am very pleased with our stay at this beautiful hotel.
