The staff is good and very helpful but the road is blocked and u need to walk for good half mile to get to the property. Very steep old fashioned ladders not kid safe and friendly at all. limited food options and cooking is not their best suit.

Fantastic location for the Medina and stream. Hotel is under renovation, not noted in advertisement. Pool is empty and renovation works going on around us. We were initially placed in a room that was not ready for guests and smaller than we booked. In the end, right room, amazing view and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When renovations are complete this will be amazing!

Hotel en obras sin avisar a hoteles.com, he llegado al hotel de noche y me dice que estan de obras pero tenian una habitacion preparada. no teniamos mas remedio que quedarnos, sin aire acondicionado ni desayuno aunque esta incluido en la reserva. despues de hablar con el dueño nos dijo que iba a avisar para que anulen la reserva desde hoteles.com . han pasado 20 dias y sigo sin noticias. lamentable

Mycket trevligt hotell! Bra läge med utsikt över gamla stan och bergen! Mycket fin omgivning. God frukost, pool och mycket trevlig personal!

Great location! The hotel has 3 entrances, the 2 back doors get you straight to the medina. Very friendly and professional staff. The bedroom was clean with comfortable matress. We were lucky we had a perfect view and the sound of the water fall "Rassalma"

The hotel is not ready to receive guests. They are still renovating, common areas are in a mess, pool is not ready. They are drilling, knocking until 10.30pm, and start the next day at 8am. This is one of the most expensive hotel I have paid for but the hotel is just not ready though the room is clean. It is not worth the price we were paying compared to other places.

PARFAIT service au TOP en était 8. Tous super bien accueillis . Ils sont aux petits soins! Hôtels très mignons ! Peu être pas bien insonorisé mais on y passe un moment super agréable je recommande !!
