We were here for one night only, because of a flight early morning the next day. 1. Before getting there, the staff were both responsive and very helpful. 2. Even before we got our room, the staff were amazingly accommodating for luggage storage. 3. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is new and very clean. I very much like the bidet. :) 4. We were leaving early morning the next day - before the breakfast times - and the hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating. I expected just a fruit or a yoghurt, we got freshly-made chocolate croissants and cappuccinos, even as the morning room staff were busy preparing for the first serving. Really exceptional service - I can't thank the morning staff enough. 5. But. That exceptional service was marred by the reception staff *on that specific morning*. We had asked for a taxi for 6:40 am. While at breakfast, we got a call saying that the taxi was there (this is 6:30). We rushed down, only to be told by the night receptionist that the taxi had left. I said but we ordered it for 6:40 - he told me it was 6:20 and it was impossible to get a cab. He was not just unhelpful, but positively dismissive and aggressive *and given that we had a flight* he made the already stressful situation even more stressful. We managed to arrange an uber and got to the airport on time, but it did put a damper on our hotel experience. I will not give a lower rating because of that last experience - these things happen - but the hotel should know.

This is a 2 star hotel. The bedsheets are rough sandpaper. The pillows are sad (you only get 2), the towels are cheap. They don’t even have hair conditioner. The shower is tiny. You have to pay extra for parking. I’m so glad we only stayed for 1 night. It was not a good experience.

No parking ! The closed one is about 6 minutes walk!

Room is very plain, like the bare minimum is provided at a price where you can get much more elsewhere. You can’t charge devices without disconnecting the night table lamps, pillows are super flat, no additional ones, one dirty theo no blankets, no tv channels in English, low quality soaps

This hotel was a great stay! Renovated, clean and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Close in walking distance to many shops & restaurants. I would stay here again.

Fantasriskt trevlig personal! Lite lyhört om man har rum under frukostmatsalen. Främst när stolar skrapade i golvet.

Sehr zentral gelegen mit puristisch-moderner Ausstattung und großen Zimmern. Super nettes Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Frühstück war super - große Auswahl, auch was gesundes neben den ganzen süßen Dingen 😉 Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Super Lage Wenn der Hotel Parkplatz voll ist gibt es einen gratis Parkplatz in 400 Meter Entfernung. Die Fussgängerzone mit vielen tollen Geschäften und Restaurants sind nur 1 Minute entfernt

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Lovely room with nice sea view. The only negative is that the terrace is locked after breakfast each day. On the website the terrace is a selling point as somewhere to relax (especially when the rooms don’t have balconies) so disappointing to find out it’s locked.

Als Teil einer Sardinien Reise habe ich im Essenza Hotel übernacht weil es so zentral in der Stadt liegt. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da ich mir für 24 Stunden einen Roller gemietet hatte hab ich gefragt ob ich statt an der Strasse auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen darf. Das war kein Problem und umsonst.

Location was great close to tram and public transportation. Breakfast & staff very good. However I would not say this is 4 star. Room was big but very basic . No kettle & no cups in room at all.

comodo per il centro, parcheggio stretto, ma cè un grande parcheggio libero a 5 minuti a piedi, le camere erano pulite nella parte vivibile, trovata molta polvere e sporco nelle zone dietro e sotto il letto, le salviette erano macchiate. la struttura è nuova, ma sembra costruita in fretta e pertanto pare fragile, mancano i cartelli del numero del piano e le indicazioni per potersi orientare all'interno della struttura, personale molto disponibile e gentile, qualità cibo colazione a mio avviso migliorabile in freschezza, non serve dare tanto, ma più curato è meglio. la veranda per la colazione sarebbe da ombreggiare all'esterno così che non si riscaldi eccessivamente e inutilmente. le dotazioni di base della camera erano minime, no cambio asciugamanti x esempio.
