Housekeeping service is provided everyday, but cleaning is not done. Lots of hairs remain in the bathroom after housekeeping. Changing towels, rearranging bedsheets and removing garbages are done. Guest laundry is available. It was very convenient in summer. Breakfast is also good. Location is also good.

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh

This hotel looks nice and was very clean. My complaint is that it was so noisy! Our room was on the front of the hotel. After a night of continuous traffic noise, the next morning, I looked out the window and counted NINE lanes of traffic passing in front of our window. And that's not even counting the four lanes that ran perpendicular to the hotel. I know there's nothing the hotel can do to remedy this, but if you want to stay here, I would suggest asking for a room on the back side of the hotel. It might be a little quieter.

This hotel was beautiful and all the staff were friendly! If we come back to Pittsburgh we will definitely stay here again!

Love this hotel as my daughter goes to school nearby. Has guest laundry which is wonderfully helpful. Good breakfast in the morning...fairly typical hotel breakfast but makes it easy to eat before you are out and about PIT.

The gift shop and in room hot tub

Very nice room. Helpful staff. Quiet.

Our room had everything we needed including microwave and refrigerator. Location was convenient to stores and restaurants for a lot of walking. Only issue was in our room there was a rotten smell that wouldn’t go away and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, thought it was the fridge.

I liked the view from my room. Hotel its self was average. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was quick. Noisy area but to be expected being down town by the freeway.

Our stay was great! Very spacious rooms and comfy beds

The hotel did not meet the standards of a Marriott. The lobby was not appealing or has a WOW feeling when you enter. Portable air conditioners in the lobby and mezzanine. The hand rail on the stairwell was broke and just hanging there. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the shower. Had to wait 30 minutes for a valet which I had to pay for. Not a good experience.

Panhandling and homeless people in areas outside of building. We were nervous about walking around and saw several homeless camps by the river area.

Clean and comfortable. I didn't like being in the city, though. Valet parking. Very nice check in girl. Unusually good breakfast.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and very clean.

The hotel is located in walking distance of the sports complex and Market street. The air conditioning seemed to be struggling to keep up and that made the room temperature difficult for getting ready and sleeping.

Nothing spacial, parking is too expensive for Pittsburgh, the breakfast was ok, beds are too small for couples
