They charged me 50 GBP for caution money. But still didn't reimbursed.

The hotel looks

There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. We were then told that we had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel. The transfer itself was badly handled, as the driver ( who told us this happened frequently “allegedly”), first dropped us at the wrong location, forcing us to walk additional time with our luggage before finally reaching the replacement hotel ( 20 min walking distance from the first one). It was completely different from the one we had originally booked and did not match our expectations in anyway, and felt like a sauna as well. Because of this relocation, our journey to the venue went from 25 to 45 minutes, which significantly affected our stay and overall experience. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing “hotel” experience, and certainly not the service or accommodation we originally paid for.

It's ok. Not amazing, not awful. Hot small room with no fan, had to ask for safety window catch to be removed to open the window more for some air. No problem for the staff, did it straight away. Matress not great but all in all managed to sleep so wasn't a deal breaker. Centrally located between Ilford and Barking stations for access

They sent us to another hotel but i was more like a 1 star motel. Staff was very friendly but this is not how hotel business works.

Genoeg winkels & restaurants maar parking is wel beperkt.

Went to check in, filled out the form with the correct ID. Moved onto the damage deposit and the receptionist didn’t have the facilities to use Apple Pay. Therefore leaving us stranded in the middle of London just before a show at the 02. Don’t use this hotel the receptionist and service is shocking there was no compromises and left us stranded in the city of London.

Very good apartment

My experience with PremierLux Serviced Apartments was unacceptable from start to finish. I booked a room at this property, but when I arrived, I was sent to a completely different hotel without any prior notification or approval. This is a serious breach of trust. The place I was moved to was far below the standard advertised and in no way matched what I had booked. To make things worse, I was charged a deposit that has still not been returned. I have received no clear explanation, no assistance, and no accountability. The entire situation shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had while travelling. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

I had to be transferred to another hotel and got a very small room which was not what I wanted. There’s a £100 deposit hold on your card which I wasn’t aware at the time of booking. They arranged to send me to the new hotel by cab but didn’t do so at time of check out

got what i expected :) staff were nice, things were clean, and unlike the previous place I stayed there was no mold which is a major plus!

Hotel had maintenance issue so room was not available, they were very professional and offered alternative accommodation at best western and arrange taxi. Bit of hassle and time consuming but happy they arrange new accommodation

The staff where really helpful had some issues with maintenance but got our room transferred to a different location near by and paid for our transportation there would have just liked a little more notice that we were going to be moved but all in all had such a wonderful experience thank you to the staff who made it smooth sailing.

Turned up after a long day of traveling to a shocked face and "oh your room is under refurbishment." I have no idea why this wasn't communicated before we arrived. I've got a feeling they sold our room on in hope that we were a no show They took full payment and said theyd get us somewhere else to stay. We arrived at the new place, the room was tiny and old and tired and also the place was half the price of the original hotel we had booked! Currently in talks with hotel.com.

It’s nice well maintained apartment and staff wonderful

This hotel is situation in a busy hub in Ilford with plenty of shops around. But the best thing about any hotel shouldn't be what's around it. This place is just rank bad. The room was terrible. It smelled like a pubescent teenager's bedroom, was of real poor quantity, and offered very little in the way of minimal comfort. The noise from the pipes in bathroom in the morning wasn't great either.
