Very big and nice property in nature.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and very accommodating to all of our requests. 5 star service. The place had all the facilities and activities to enjoy your time in the resort. Food at the restaurant was amazing. My only constructive feedback is that the bathrooms was a little unclean. I would definitely recommend this place to people who appreciate nature and outdoor activities.

Checkin process and stay was ok. The people at the reception (Sajid) was not able to see the tariff on the booking and wasted almost an hour in the evening when we planned to celebrate bday party for which we were there for. This thing screwed up not only the evening but the entire stay. I did not understand if i am making the compete payment t the time of booking why cant Hotels.com pas on the details to the hotel. Both Hotel.com & the property guys messed up this stay for me.
