There is hair on my bed sheets that is not mine. The place is old and basic with a lot of mosquitoes and a dead cockroach. Room is dim and aircon is not cold. The link from the booking is also wrong. There is no “boutique” word on the actual site so it’s quite confusing. Oh yes, the band next door played till past 11pm!

There is standard wallmount remote AC works fine. Staff was helpful when asked. Based on other reviews mentioning towels, the front board says to ask for towels don't expect them to be provided without asking. The small minifridge is enough to hold drinks or a few meals. The location is close to everything. Note all banks in Tulum do not do currency changes the exceptions are Kapital 500 USD or more only and Azteka which is on the otherside of town, there are however local casa de cambios nearby. Tons of restraurants and food vendors. It is just a street or two down from the mainstreet. I encountered no issues on my two day stay except I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. WIFI functioned fine you get the code at checkin. Limited wall outlets so if you have a bunch of things to plugin you may have to unplug stuff. Some lights worked I couldn't figure out how to turn on a couple others. They had hot water and the soap/shampoo smells great here, great bodywash/shampoo scent. Toilet paper was slightly fruit scented good ply. Was not noisy but this likely dpends on room position I was at the far end away from the street so getting a room on the farend may be useful if you want to sleep in. There is an error in the map location shown by hotels.com use the actual address supplied for the location the map showed a different location within the hotels.com app might be a point of confusion.

The room looks nice at first and has enough for a place to stay and sleep but there was 2 cockroaches that came during our 3 day stay but the area is a good spot . It’s nice to stay and sleep and located near a 7/11 and good area but be aware of bugs

Había muchas tiendas, restaurantes y bares cerca, el aire funcionaba bien, la limpieza era aceptable.

This is a basic hotel but provides all you need with TV , private bathroom and small fridge I have stayed there twice and alway been fantastic value ,one of best value hotels I have found in Mexico.

Todo estuvo muy bien. ¡La atención perfecta! Lo recomiendo. Volvería.

Clean room. Good price and location

Muy bien. Lo recomiendo si no quieres gastar mucho en hospedaje. Es céntrico y además esta muy cerca todo.

Excelente servicio de los trabajadores. Para descansar y solo ocupar la habitación para dormir. Esta bien.

No tenían la habitación lista, el televisor está muy lejos de la cama, la puerta y la ventana no podían asegurarse con llave o pasador, no cuenta con estacionamiento.

Staff were friendly, although there was a scorpion in our room and they did a poor job cleaning there was an old tomato and pepper in the fridge. But the price was good.

Las almohadas holian feo y tenían humedad. Se solicito servicio y quedaron de la misma forma. Además de que las sábanas estaban húmedas.

Chambre correcte à bas prix. Bien placée près du centre ville. Bien pour une nuit. Pas mal de va et vient pendant la nuit. Possibilité de laisser nos bagages. Sur booking, il était noté pas d accueil mais il y a une personne en permanence.

Muy, muy sencilla la habitación, no hicieron el servicio del cuarto, el baño no contaba con cortina y se derramo el agua en el cuarto, pero por el precio, no se puede exigir mucho,

Relación precio-calidad está muy bien. La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia. Está bien ubicado. El único detalle es que no hay estacionamiento, aunque nosotros logramos estacionarnos en la acera de enfrente
