숙박 기간 동안 체크인을 도와준 옌 씨에게 특별히 감사를 표하고 싶습니다. 옌 씨는 제가 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 최선을 다해 주셨고, 제가 다시 이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 배려해 주셨습니다. 꼭 같은 호텔을 다시 예약할 것입니다. 경영진이 옌 씨에게 감사와 존경을 전해주었으면 좋겠습니다.

I booked a Seaview room and enjoy the stay in here so much. My girl and husband love here, the facilities, the activities and the buffet breakfast as well. We will be back again.

I've always loved staying here. Everything was good before this but this time, I encountered unpleasant experience during check-in, which really blew off my whole mood. Nonetheless, the rest of my stay here was awesome!

Excellent! Appreciate to all staffs to their efforts to make a room decorations for our honeymoon and my husband's birthday. Clean room, amazing view from our balcony, great staffs, good breakfast. All good! Will come back here next time.

Slow check-in counter. Problem hotel check-in because our booking number does not appear in the hotel system when we arrived at the hotel. Had to wait about an hour to settle down. Finally had to paid again for the walk-in rate. So pathetic 🥺.

I stayed in Kinabalu Wing rooms. The room facing the SEA view. Its was awesome! The breakfast are varities, although quite a long queue but it was manageable. Full recommended 👍.

Semasa check in saya tidak dimaklumkan lebih awal di hantar email untuk double confirm bahawasanya saya jadi bermalam di situ. Berjam untuk menunggu check in terbuang masa, request connecting room tetapi saya tidak dapat juga. Saya nak bagi 4/10 saja rate kali ni
