직원분들도 친절하시고 분위기도 좋아서 아이들이 수영장에서 정말 즐거워했어요.

체크인 절차는 매우 간편했고 오래 걸리지 않았습니다. 다야나라는 직원이 체크인을 도와주었는데, 정말 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 모든 것을 설명하는 방식에서 제품에 대한 그녀의 뛰어난 지식이 느껴졌습니다. 모든 세부 사항을 설명해 주고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 특히 프런트 데스크의 다야나에게 감사의 말씀을 전하고 싶습니다. 꼭 보상을 해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 그녀가 제공한 훌륭한 서비스에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 더 높은 레벨의 객실로 업그레이드해 주셨는데, 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 음식도 다양했습니다. 아침 식사가 끝날 때까지 머물고 싶었지만, 아이들을 수영장에 데려가야 해서 그럴 수 없었습니다. 수영장은 괜찮았지만, 포 포인츠 호텔과 공용이라 조금 붐볐습니다. 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 어린이 놀이터는 넓었지만, 키즈 클럽에는 3세 미만 어린이에게 적합한 장난감이 많지 않았습니다. 아쉽게도 키즈 클럽에는 베이비시팅 서비스가 제공되지 않았습니다. 그 서비스가 있었다면 부모님들은 수영장에서 여유로운 시간을 보내거나 레스토랑에서 간단한 점심을 즐길 수 있었을 텐데요. 모든 시설이 최고였습니다. 벨 직원분들은 정말 친절했고, 심지어 한 분은 짐을 객실까지 직접 가져다주시기도 했습니다. 잊지 못할 스테이케이션이었어요. 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈어요.

10주년 결혼 기념일을 위해 객실을 장식해 주신 로열티 호텔 르네상스 팀(리나, 사라스, 아이만)에게 감사드립니다. 귀여운 풍선과 케이크 덕분에 제 하루가 정말 특별해졌습니다 ❤️❤️❤️

아이들에게는 천국 같은 곳이에요! 솔직히 호텔에 대한 모든 게 다 좋았어요. 편안한 침대. 공간, 분위기. 소파 침대도요. 3살짜리 아이가 다 자기가 원했어요! 잊지 말아야 할 하이라이트는 수영장에 있는 워터파크와 슬라이드예요. 어른들도 즐길 수 있어요! 아침 식사는 다양하고 맛있었어요. 제가 개인적으로 좋아하는 건 로티 차나이, 카레, 토사이, 와플, 아들을 위한 미키마우스 팬케이크예요. 전반적으로 다음에 또 올 거예요.

Great hotel with great facilities. Breakfast buffet at EVOLUTION is something that you can't miss. Shout out to Fadhil (Evolution), Khalis, Nizam (Front Office), Husna and Intan (h2o bar and Grill) for their genuine and attentive service. Overall would be 10 out of 10.

Booked a staycation just to go shopping around KL. What a splendid one we had. Everything was perfect including the breakfast line. Just a slight improvement needs to be done - the pillows are thin and uncomfortable sometimes and the male receptionist wasn't friendly. Others are excellent!

The location is strategic and the room is clean and spacious. However, the guests were so noisy and disturbing around 1 or 2 am.

Overall satisfy. Value for money. Need to improve on check in side. Slow.

Furnitures are very old, the room has smell , housekeeper went inside the room for cleaning but didn't ask a permission. The only one thing that I like was in the center of kuala lumpur. That's it.

The hotel is amazingly great!! But I was a bit disappointed with one of the hotel staff, I don't know her name because it was a phone call but still they never apologize.

Kamar cukup luas dan menyenangkan, pelayanan juga memuaskan walaupun sedang ada renovasi.

เป็นทริปที่ประทับใจในความคุ้มค่าของราคาที่พักมาก ถ้าไปเพื่อพักผ่อน และไม่อยากออกไปวุ่นวายที่ไหน ที่นี่เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมาก เพราะตั้งแต่ตื่นนอนจนเข้านอน คุณแทบไม่ต้องออกไปหาอะไรทานข้างนอกเลย เช้าก็ทานอาหารที่ club lounge ช่วงบ่ายก็มี afternoon tea ให้ทาน เสร็จแล้วช่วงเย็นก็มี cocktail hour ให้ทานต่อถึง 2 ทุ่มครึ่ง หลังจากนั้นก็มีเครื่องดื่มกับ snack ให้ทานจนถึง 5 ทุ่ม เรียกได้ว่าจ่ายครั้งเดียวแล้วจบ ไม่ต้องเสียเงินค่าอาหารเพิ่มเลย เดินทางก็สะดวก ห้องพักก็สะอาด กว้างขวาง มีโอกาสจะไปนอนพักอีกครับ

Prior check in we worried about the closest train station but we found out that it just right across the street. As well as KLCC just 10 mins by walk. First impression its really good even the building was pretty old but the hospitality from the FO was really good. For the room was really good and the space was pretty big.

Menu sarapannya bervariatif, buat anak saya yang free gluten ini sangat membantu bisa request dengan chef-nya, kamarnya bersih dan luas. Sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan, sangat recommended.

The staffs very friendly and the services tip top.

- Receptionist were very helpful, especially Mai-the internship from Vietnam. She’s very friendly and helpful when I have the first trouble with my door - Room Facilities quite good. But beside of that the flush is not working so well (both of my room and my mother room). The lift have problem too, when I walked in and pressed the button to go down, but it wasn’t move because the door stuck sth and it couldn’t close. - the buffet breakfast delicious and the staffs very polite, I really liked it

Worst service from Front office supervisor Ihsan. I am active SPG member and I have requested early check in since Jan 15, 2019 through Agoda for my stay between Jan 28, 2019 till Jan 31, 2019. I arrived at around 5:30 am on Jan 28 and I wasn't allowed to have early check in. I agreed to pay for half day charge of RM 199 and was told I could only check in at 6:30 am. I again requested if possible to check in at 6:00 am and was declined. The attitude of Ihsan was completely unacceptable. I hope Ihsan manager will take a note and ensure that his attitude will improve going forward. That is not the right way to treat your members.
