전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sunway Resort Hotel

위치가 전략적인 편이라 이 호텔에 묵었는데, 아이가 다니는 학교 캠퍼스와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 피라미드 몰과 호텔 곳곳에 있는 여러 노점에서도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 말레이시아에 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 이 호텔에 묵을 겁니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 협조적입니다.. 어린이 수영장이 최고입니다.. 아이들이 행복합니다.. 다음에 반복할 수 있습니다

Great Place for Family. One stop everything.

1) I encountered to wait 1hour 20 min for check in at counter I need stand such long time to check in you staff sitting down working slowly no one is monitoring queue many guest confuse without and explanation. 2) My reservation no capture and need to wait another 30 minute whole process for check in took 2 hours. It's very weird and never before when I check in any other hotel around world maybe it's your hotel standard for guest queue for 2 hours. 3) I was given club lounge no one explain the for usage the club lounge. Even I when inside the lounge no explain the time of cocktail time. 4) F&B at breakfast my cup is chipped

Kamar oke. Colokan power di samping nakas dan meja rias tidak fungsi. Sudah lapor di operator. Tapi yang diperbaiki cuma di meja rias. Di nakas samping bed tetap tidak fungsi.

I got upgrade room for me and my family. The hotel is really clean. The view is really nice. Connecting with the mall is superb.

The room doesn't have proper sound proof. There is a very loud music party or festival playing every afternoon for hours at the swimming pool. I don't know if you will call me sensitive, but you can hear all the noises from the neighbors room, slamming on the doors, noises, running and jumping.

Great services and pleasant room. Was offered to upgrade to Club Room which is even better for the kid.

호텔 외관이 오래된 호텔처럼 보여서 큰 기대는 안 했어요. 할머니 댁 근처에 있어서 선택했는데, 로비에 들어서는 순간부터 인테리어와 서비스에 감탄했어요. 그런데 방에 들어가자마자 친구들에게 이 호텔에 꼭 가보라고 문자를 보냈죠. 새로 단장한 객실은 아름답고 깨끗했어요. 게다가 정말 완벽했어요. 꼭 한번 묵어봐야 할 곳이에요.

Sunway Resort & Spa에 처음 묵었는데, 지금까지 묵었던 호텔 중 최고라고 말하고 싶어요. 서비스가 정말 훌륭했고 모든 직원이 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 이 호텔에 머무는 동안 항상 최고의 서비스를 제공해 주었기 때문이죠. 체크인하는 날부터 체크아웃하는 날까지 VVIP처럼 대접받았어요. 호텔 내부는 정말 멋지고 깨끗해서 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 모든 투숙객에게 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 모든 직원을 고용하고 잘 교육시킨 호텔 경영진에게 축하를 보냅니다. 가족, 친구, 그리고 다른 사람들에게도 이곳을 추천하고 싶어요. 호텔 바로 옆에 Sunway Lagoon과 Sunway Pyramid 쇼핑몰이 있어서 햇볕을 피할 수 있는 산책로(호텔에서 연결)를 따라 걸을 수 있어요. 10점 만점에 20점을 주고 싶어요 🌟😉😉😊😊.

Hotelnya bersih, staf ramah dan menu breakfast enak.

So happy we got a free upgrade to the executive suite from the Junior suite because it was out wedding. Breakfast buffet was great. The toiletries provided like the shampoo was good quality.

I enjoyed my stayed here. Very nice hotel. Location is perfect. Directly connected to sunway pyramid. The housekeeping service is super efficient. They clean the room couple of times in a day. They as well prepare the night sleep. I booked the room with club lounge free access. However I am very disappointed with the food options.very few option. During afternoon snacking time, there only small snack options. I stayed in this hotel before with club access, there used to have more option. But now they remove fried noodle and rice. Only small snack available. There even one time, I went, the lounge area in unacceptable condition. They didn't clean the table. The last day stayed here, I decided to go to have breakfast in main breakfast area. But the receptionist in restaurant, insisted me to go have my breakfasts in club lounge area. After discussion, they finally allow me to have breakfast there. This is so disappointed.

This hotel has perfect location where family members can shop, play at Sunway Lagoon Park, relax on beach pool.

Waktu check in sangat lama, walau sudah pesan 3 bulan sebelumnya meski lewat traveloka.
