이 호텔에서 배정받은 방은 저희가 요청한 것과 맞지 않았습니다. 체크인했을 때 너무 늦지 않았다면 예약 가능한 방이 꽤 많았을 텐데도 특별 요청은 전혀 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 제 요청도 전혀 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 정말 실망스럽고 다시는 그 호텔에 묵고 싶지 않습니다.

스탭은 매우 친절하고 질문해 모르는 것은, 모두 곧바로 해결했습니다. 더블 스위트 룸은 모두 훌륭했습니다. 샤워나 유선의 물도 전혀 문제 없었습니다. Wi-Fi도 빠르고 스트레스가 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 풍부하고, 말레이시아 요리에서 일식까지 즐길 수 있고, 음료도 그 자리에서 짜 주는 신선한 주스 등 충실했습니다. 1세를 포함한 작은 아이도 곤란한 일은 없었습니다. 위치는 대로에서 조금 들어있어 도보 5 분 정도 야간 여성 1 명은 불안합니다. 잘 말하면 조용한 위치입니다.

리셉션에서의 경험은 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 직원들이 줄을 서 있는 우리를 건너뛰고 우리 뒤에 있는 사람들에게 말을 걸어 체크인을 진행했기 때문입니다. 그 외에는 특히 클럽 라운지에서 보낸 전체 체류를 정말 즐겼습니다.

4명의 가족과 어머니에게 완벽한 숙박이었습니다. 꼭 다시 올 거예요.

Ritz Carlton is the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. All the staffs are humble, kind, and helpful. The room is very comfortable, and the food is great. I surely will come back to Ritz Carlton again.

Nice, cozy and spacious room. White and clean hotel. Walking distance to Shopping Centers even though hotel location is not in the main road, but there 's indoor access through Marriott. Elevator to the room is on different floor and different side of the lobby hotel.

I love the service, ambiance, the foods, facilities, semuanya bersih and classy, proses check in dan check out juga sangat cepat, bisa titip luggage juga karena check out siang dan kebetulan penerbangan malam, jadi bisa jalan and shopping dulu di sekitar hotel yang lokasinya sangat strategis dekat pusat perbelanjaan Pavilion Mall, Starhill, Fahrenheit, Sephora, Uniqlo, DonDon Donki, dan lain-lain. Ga perlu keluar cukup jalan kaki dari hotel ini ada jembatan indoor (lorong cantik seperti galery) yang langsung terhubung ke Starhill Galery dan JW Marriott, dan lokasi deket juga ke KLCC & Petronas cukup naik grab hanya sekitar 5-8RM. 🤭💖

I enjoyed my stay. Convenient and near Pavilion mall and at bukit bintang. Staff were polite and pleasant. Room were clean. Will come back.

We are big family with 51 persons who stayed in The Ritz Carlton for 2 nights. We had worse experience on arrival. When we arrived with 2 busses, the staff rejected and underestimate us, with arogan said that this is the Ritz Carlton and they didn't any reservation for us (without checked and asked first). When I showed my booking confirmation then the staff allowed us enter the hotel but without apologize! What kind of The Ritz Carlton Hotel is it? We stayed at many The Ritz Carlton Hotel and we had a great experience. That's why we chose to stay in Kuala Lumpur. We really disappointed and offended. And we decided not to stay at another branch and all over the world! After checked in, the Duty Manager came to my room and explained that the staff didn't mean it and apologize. The day after The Resident Manager called me to apologize. We hope this bad experience will never ever happen again to other guest.
