훌륭한 조식 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔로, 제 숙박 경험 중 단연 최고였습니다. 건물 자체는 오래되었지만, 훌륭한 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 다만, 쉐라톤 같은 쿠칭의 신축 호텔들과의 현대적인 매력 경쟁에서 어려움을 겪을 수도 있습니다.

Staff was okay. Location is strategy. Near to attractions. Room was good just that there's continuous sound of machine/piping that disturbing the whole day and night. Breakfast was good. Many choices and good taste.

Floods in the bathroom. Something wrong with the structure.

Satisfying stay however this hotel seriously need to be refurbished.

1. The room is quite old but I'm satisfied with the cleanliness 2. The breakfast is nice with variety choices of food 3. Waterfront Cafe - The staff are very friendly and helpful 4. Receptionist - I'm not happy with the receptionist on duty attitude (15 sep 20 about 7.30pm) while answering my question regarding the available room 5. Limited TV Channel.

Upon checked in, reception was excellent. However, toilet was stucked. Suffered, as we didn't want maintenance to spoil our privacy.

Food not enough for breakfast set. We have pay more for hotel.

Best experience check in with Mrs. Sabrina. Seelah saya keliling hotel bintang 4 yang ada di Kuching, Hilton Hotel adalah hotel yang perfect! Mulai keramah-tamahan sfaff, security, bellboy, waiter/s, dan semua sempurna! Sajian makanan saat breakfast, saya sangat suka dengan Croisant dan Tea Tarik. Best ever at Kuching. Pertama kali untuk menginap di Hiltonk Kuching dengan pengalaman yang sangat baik dan disambut keramahtamahan Ms. Liew (Front Office Manager) pada saat check dan memberikan semua informasi yang sangat detail Keluar dari lift, menikmati aroma yang sangat diluar ekspektasi dengan image sebagai hotel senior di Kuching. Kebersihan setiap sudut lorong kamar sangat terjaga. Kamar yang luas dan kasur yang sangat empuk untuk ditiduri dan membuat saya malas untuk beranjak dari kamar. Croissant yang tersaji menjadi salah satu andalan saya saat sarapan pagi. Tapi, yang sangat di sayang kan adalah ketika saya meminta kepada salah satu staff waiter utk take away, tidak perkenankan. Tapi secara keseluruhan, Hilton Kuching akan menjadi pilihan saya saat kembali berlibur di Kuching. Keep it up!

Service is superb. Try out the Chinese restaurant downstairs plus the coffee at the cafe.

Room clean, front desk staff very friendly & helpful, nice river view room.

Booked 2 rooms but could not get connecting room because the price paid was not for rooms that are eligible for connecting room. Make sure you check with the hotel first which rooms can do connecting rooms as this will be inconvenient if your travel with family and small kids. However, the hotel helped us to arrange room next to each other The hotel rooms feel quite old. I could smell the carpet stuffy smell when I go to bed. Booked 1 room for 3 pax. However, I need to ask the receptionist for extra towel (because the room only comes with 2 towels) everyday during my stay.

Strategic location, very near the waterfront. Breakfast is not great though.

The hotel stay overall is great. Service is splendid. Staff are friendly. However the carpet in the room is a little bit old and feels a bit dirty. Overall the decor and furniture is a bit dated. It would be great to refurbish the hotel a bit.

Delayed check in. Wasting time.
