호텔은 꽤 오래되었고 객실과 시설은 약간 낡았지만 괜찮습니다. 호텔 내 레크리에이션 시설은 관리가 잘 안 되는 편입니다. 하지만 스노클링이나 해변 모임을 위해 온다면 여전히 좋은 곳입니다. 전용 해변이 있고, 석양을 감상할 수도 있습니다. 조식은 중식, 양식, 말레이시아식, 인도식 등 매우 다양합니다. 단점이라면 시내를 벗어나기가 조금 번거롭다는 점입니다. 불평할 수밖에 없는데, 호텔 측에서 이 점을 지적해 줬으면 좋겠습니다! 프런트 데스크와 조식 뷔페 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 하지만 저녁 바에 있는 직원들은 매우 불친절합니다. 서비스가 마음에 들지 않으면 가지 마세요! 게다가 밤 10시에 문을 닫습니다.

호텔 자체는 꽤 오래되었지만, 나름 깨끗했습니다. 하지만 리셉션부터 레스토랑 직원, 버기 라이더까지 직원들의 따뜻한 미소는 정말 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다! 해변은 물이 맑지만 물고기가 거의 없어서 스노클링과 다이빙을 꼭 해야 제대로 즐길 수 있습니다!! 호텔 부두 주변을 아기 상어들이 헤엄치고 있는데 정말 아름다웠습니다 😍

Options are very limited. You can only see the beach and have activities but very costly. And for the Malaysian type food always have to buy buffet, which is very bad. If want to buy single then thatbis alao costly as hell. Outside food was better than inside resort food. Other wise location is very beautiful

We get late room for check in.. We arrive 1.30pm and get room for 3pm... disappointed... But overall everything ok, oh ya swimming pool at entrance area close...

Masalah pengankutan dari bilik ke luar pintu masuk perlu di sediakn oleh hotel dengan kerap, saya ade baby n ank kecil 4 tahun perlu diusung dalam 500m berjalan kaki, pengawal bangsa asing yang tidak sopan dalam berbahasa dan kurang ajar dengan penginap.kami terpaksa sewa motorsikal dari luar hanya semata untuk membawa anak kecik masuk kedalam bilik kami.tetapi pihak hotel tidak membenarkn sebarg kenderaan luar dibawa masuk, hanya basikal sewa shaja dari hotel dibenarkan., ayangkan ank kecik saya tidur sambil kami dukung berbasikal, buggy diutamakn untuk penginap daftar masuk dan keluar shaja, ini hotel paling teruk layanan bagi kami dimalaysia.harap pihak hotel tingkatkn perkhidmatan.

The room was comfy, spacious and very clean. The surrounding was very good too. Also the facility was so good. Will come again with family.

Rooms are okay. We booked family retreat package but ended up with non connecting rooms even though we have highlighted during check in. Too lazy to relocate. The best part is buffet, it was superb for both breakfast and dinner. Delicious foods and a lot of variety. Staffs at Sri Nelayan were friendly and helpful. Bad experience with the buggy service for check out. We waited for half an hour and still buggy didn't come. We had to walk to the reception and get the buggy guy ourselves. So troublesome as we're traveling with kids. Make sure you call for buggy at least half an hour or an hour before. Bicycle rental was unavailable after 6pm which we think should be improved. Should make it available all day and night long. Swimming pool was a highlight too despite the big slide is still broken.

I feel this trip was the most humanity trip I had ever enjoyed. Thank you for both parties arrangement for the booking .Due to a past case incident happened. They agreed for my trip being rescheduled. Although the resort is aging but I'd saw their passion and their effort at work to maintain their services. Overall I would give a 5 stars rating for hotel and staff of booking site. For me and my girl friend able to enjoy this trip after the incident case happened. Thank you all of you.

Hotel ok, bilik selesa, view and suasana nyaman. Check in and check out agak slow. Pantai belah swimming pool bersih jernih, tapi dalam tiada apa. selam2 takde ikan. huhu. snack petang hanya bubur kacang. agak masam. not sure memang terbuat masam or santan dah tak elok. tapi Alhamdulillah we all ok.

Overall was okay! We stayed during holidays, so check-ins took a bit longer as expected but their front office did their best to serve all the guests. One suggestion, it would be better if they can provide more toiletries & vanity set for guests. Anyway, breakfast was not bad, major love for the muesli. Sunset was spectacular; right on the beach. Kids love the pool with slide. We enjoyed staying in Berjaya 😊

All the basic necessities were there but most of the furnitures in the room are outdated. Restaurants in the hotel were pretty decent. Buffet breakfast and dinner were in our expected range but quality wise still not in the 4-5 stars range.
