직원분들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 편의시설과 쇼핑몰도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

카통 지역에서 묵기에 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. MRT와 버스 정류장이 가까워 매우 편리합니다. 객실도 넓고 편안합니다.

정말 좋은 호텔이었어요! MRT 역 근처에 위치도 최고였고, 주변에 맛집도 많았어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요. :)

MRT 역 바로 앞에 있지만 푸드코트는 조금 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 시내 중심가에서도 약간 멀고요. 깨끗하고 꽤 편안합니다. 서비스도 좋았습니다.

오랫동안 이 호텔에 묵었는데, 단 한 번도 실망한 적이 없었습니다. 친절하고 전문적인 직원들이 정말 좋았습니다. MRT 역과 버스 정류장 바로 옆이라 위치도 최고였습니다. 객실도 넓고 가족 여행에도 좋습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

친절한 호텔 직원과 전략적인 위치

새로운 MRT와 더 많은 상점, 그리고 카통 지역에 새로운 식당이 생기면서 더욱 편리해졌습니다.

저는 대가족과 함께 여행을 했고 2일 동안 4개의 객실을 예약했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 4개의 객실을 한 층에 모두 배치해 달라는 제 요청에도 응해 주었습니다. 심지어 일부 객실을 업그레이드하고 아이들을 위해 무료로 엑스트라 베드를 제공했습니다. 버스 정류장과 Marine Parade MRT 노선, 지하 연결 다리가 호텔 바로 앞에 있어 인기 있는 관광 지역으로 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다! 그리고 근처에 푸드코트와 쇼핑몰이 많이 있습니다. 대부분 비가 내렸기 때문에 MRT로 이어지는 지붕 덮인 보도를 추가해 주었으면 좋겠습니다.

Its kind of Hotel, but clean and neat. Best location for east cost area, near mall, shopping center, 16 mins from changi, 15 mins from seafood center.

We stayed on the 9th floor. The room looks outdated with an old-fashioned interior (no renovation). Some parts of the bathroom walls have white cement patches. Not suitable between the price of Sin $ 240 per night (holiday season) with the comfort of the room. I will not stay here anymore.

Kamarnya cukup besar, jadi bisa masuk 1 extra bed. Fasilitas cukup baik, kamar bersih. Service/pelayanan nya cukup baik. Lokasi tidak jauh dari Changi dan dekat Tanjong Katong. Yang agak sulit yaitu mencari taxi. Lama menunggunya.

We really enjoyed the staycay here! The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfy, the ocean view was great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Just one small improvement that can be done will be the bath towels, they had a slight cigarette/bbq smell. The lift lobby of our floor was a bit too dim and there were some Chinese dolls on display. Overall it's still a great experience we will definitely want to come back again.

남자친구와 정말 즐거운 스테이케이션이었어요. 화장실에 샤워헤드와 비데가 없어서 좀 아쉬웠지만, 욕조는 크고 넓었어요 😎. 체크인과 체크아웃이 정말 빠르고 효율적이었고, 마침 제 기념일이었는데 객실 디자인도 신경 써주시고, 케이크까지 무료로 주셨어요! 2일차에는 객실도 정돈해 주셨어요! 숙박하는 동안 아침과 점심은 괜찮았어요. 너무 배부르고 배불렀어요 😋🤣. 수영장도 좋았지만 날씨가 추워서 물이 너무 차가웠어요. 침실은 매우 넓었고 객실에서 멋진 전망을 볼 수 있었어요. 침대도 아주 편안해서 잘 잤어요. 다음 스테이케이션에도 다시 올 생각이에요. 모두 건강하세요 😷

The room is seems pretty old but well maintained. And the staff is super friendly! The location is quite far from MRT but looks like there will be new MRT lane just in front of the hotel in about next year.

Great Staycay at Grand Mercure. Hotel was very thoughtful to gift us free cake as we mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary. Some feedbacks though would be to upgrade the TV to smart TV and install bidet in the toilet.

Roxy surprised me with a birthday cake along with a HBD set up in the room :> Thank you! Overall stay in Roxy was superb because the room was good (we got a great deal for year end staycay) and the location was even better! You wouldn’t get hungry in Katong/Joo Chiat because wew - so much sumptuous meals around! Not forgetting the beautiful ECP is also located 10-15 mins away 🥰 Luv it!

Everything about this hotel is just lovely. Front desk very helpful and friendly, they saw it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday and gave me a free room upgrade as well as a birthday cake and decoration. (saw it on the check in paper myself, they didn't tell us to try and get some recognition or smth which says a lot-it ' s a v good thing btw) since it ' s such a peak period they were still able to give me late check out till 1pm. Hotel room was generally clean, just very very minor stains on the sheer which is not a problem for me since everything else was quite decent, aircon was little noisy tho. Overall 10/10 despite it being a old hotel.

Room is big to accommodate 2 adults & 2 kids with extra roll over bed provided by hotel. Friendly staffs and allow slightly late check out at 1pm. Kids got more space to move ard the room and enjoying their bathtub bath even if they can't go swimming if raining. Except for the swimming pool water is quite cold. Otherwise everything is fine here
