체크인 줄이 꽤 길었어요. 20분 정도 기다려야 했습니다. 방 크기는 괜찮았지만, 직원들과 시설이 그 아쉬움을 충분히 달래줬습니다.

전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 아이들에게도 친절하고, 음식도 맛있고, 서비스도 좋았습니다. 다만 방음이 잘 안 되는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 중간층에 묵었는데도 엘리베이터 소리가 들렸습니다.

아이들은 샹그릴라 라사 센토사에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 시설도 훌륭했고, 실로소 비치까지 걸어갈 수 있다는 것도 좋았고, 서비스도 최고였습니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점은 9월 방학 성수기에 갔더니 사람이 너무 많았고, 체크인과 식사 시간도 길었다는 점입니다. 그 외에는 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다.

정말 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 저녁은 조용했고, 저녁 식사는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 양도 너무 적지 않았고요. 무엇보다 직원들이 정말 친절했습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!

가족과 함께 휴가를 보내기에 매우 추천하는 호텔입니다. 모든 곳이 아름답고 시설도 더 좋습니다.

Puas. Hotelnya bersih. Kolam renang besar dan ada fasilitas renang untuk anak-anak. Ada kids playground juga dan fasilitas pantai. Jangan lupa diperbanyak senyumnya untuk para karyawan-karyawannya.

We had great time celebrating our daughter birthday at ShangriLa Rasa Sentosa. The guest relation team did great job to provide birthday amenity for my daughter, thank you. Although the hotel is old but very well maintained and clean with great facilities for families and kids. Room is super clean, we get at 10F facing beautiful scenery of pool and beach both day and night. The lighting is just gorgeous. It has amenities for kids. The breakfast and food (Trapizza) is exceptional. The breakfast buffet provides various and delicious foods. The breakfast is much much better than other hotels in sentosa. We really enjoyed the facilities mainly the pool and beach activities. Thank you to several peoples who makes our stay more memorable and made us think highly on Shangri-la Rasa Sentosa, mainly from fun team: Ms. Sarah who did extra miles to make sure my daughter enjoy the beach activities, made balloon and provide some surprise during the birthday! Mr. Saif who stopped the kids from playing in swimming pool as gardener spray the insecticides to make sure the kids are safe. Last but not least the kid clubs team. This is our second time and we glad we chose this hotel for our special event. We have booked for next staycation in 2-3 months time. I really recommend those who would like to enjoy sentosa to stay in this place. We visited few 5 stars resort in sentosa but this is the best so far both facilities, cleanliness, food quality and peoples. Hope the hotel management really recognize and appreciate the great peoples behind the scene who really make the guest enjoys the stay and will come back again and again.

It was the perfect getaways for families with young children. Room was clean and the view was great! There were many activities for kids-from treasure hunting, playing at kids club, table tennis, swimming, water sports etc etc. Great variety for breakfast and there 's kid and baby zone too! I would love to go there again!

My favourite staycation ever. There are lots of facilities for the kids and really allow the family to enjoy themselves to the fullest. Great stay there.

The view from the room is outstanding and the facilities are awesome in shangrila. The staffs are extremely courteous. The breakfast buffet is good and there are a lot of choices. Highly recommended the room for stay.

It was a great 3D2N stay at Shangri-la Rasa Sentosa. My wife and child enjoyed the place and the sightseeing it provides. Personally, I find that the facilities are really accessible. Gym was just a quick walk away (same storey as given room), and the swimming pool was just a lift away. Very good layout of the whole resort and the room was spacious.

Awesome for family with children. Stayed in Hill View room and the balcony was super small without any table/chairs. The room is OK but for King bed room does not comes with bathtub. Received a complimentary small cake in my room upon check in as this stay is meant for my birthday. Wonderful spread for buffet breakfast. My child loves the swimming pool!

Good place to stay with family, and specially the little one. Enjoy the beach in hotel only.

2Nd time stay at Rasa. Finished the check-in process at 2:57 pm and was told the room was not ready because check-in is 3 pm. There was no hotline to enquire, at 3:30 pm I had to re-queue the line at the check-in to enquire about the status. I waited 10 mins in the line and was informed they would give us a free cocktail as the room was still not ready. In the first place at 2:57 pm, the receptionist could have already offered the free cocktail since she could anticipate the delay! The room's flooring cleanliness can also be done better. Thankfully the kids-friendly facilities, portering and breakfast made up for the experience.

Amazing and enjoyable staycay. Worth the trip. Love the water activities.
