머물기 좋은 곳이에요. 전략적인 위치도 좋아요.

제가 KK에서 묵었던 최고의 호텔입니다. 모든 시설이 근처에 있고, 특히 쇼핑몰과 99 스피드마트가 가깝습니다. 아이들은 수영장을 아주 좋아했습니다. 주차 공간만으로는 주민들이 이용하기에 부족하고, 주차 요금을 내야 하는 다른 선택지가 있는데, 최대 10 MYR까지 나옵니다. 그 외에는 정말 좋은 시간이었습니다. KK에 다시 온다면 여기에 묵을 겁니다.

모든 것이 매우 좋았습니다. 장소, 사람들, 그리고 모든 것을 사랑합니다! 아침 식사도 사랑했지만, 반숙 계란을 꽤 오래 기다렸지만 여전히 리필되지 않아서 꽤 슬펐습니다. 그 당시 시간은 8시 30분경이었습니다.

좋은 호텔이지만 체크인이 너무 오래 걸렸어요. 개선이 필요해요. 아침 식사도 선택의 폭이 좁아요. 그래도 다양한 종류가 있어요. 모든 손님이 오면 자리를 찾기 힘들어요. 수영장과 욕조가 좋았어요. 그리고 주차장도 찾기 힘들어요. 더 멀리 주차하거나 1B 안에 주차해야 해요.

이곳에서의 숙박은 정말 좋았습니다. 깨끗한 객실, 만족스러운 아침식사. 추천

모든게 최고지만 주차가 너무 어렵네요. 호텔 앞이 꽉 찼어요. 호텔 옆 주차장은 rm25를 지불해야 합니다. 원하시면 지불하셔야 합니다. 저는 이곳에 2번 묵었는데, 호텔 구역에는 주차장이 없습니다. 주차가 매우 불만족스럽습니다

호텔 직원 서비스는 친절하고 호텔 객실은 깨끗합니다.

Great hospitality by the hotel. I requested for a simple décor for our 8th anniversary and they deliver! Best thing is I think they upgraded or simply locate us in a more spacious room which is perfect for our growing toddler because she loves running around and loves bathtub! The view from the was magnificent with minimal noise at night. Food was good too. The sahur was great because they served fruits and cereals!

Hi klagan regency. Baru2 ni pihak jabatan kami ada buat majlis di sana dan suka saya maklumkan bahawa makan malam kami pada malam itu sangattttt enak! Dengan daging blackpepper nya yang lembut,tofu with crab yang juga sangat enak. Saya juga bermalam di sana,dan pagi esok nya untuk sarapan sangat-sangat mnggembirakan saya dan kawan2. Garlic fried rice yang simple tapi sangat sedap dan wangi. Dan kesemua makanan yang d sediakan sangat sedap. As usual hotels food so very common and tasteless,but yours is superb! I will definitely come again as long as the garlic fried rice served. :) anyway thanks again.

the bed sheet smells. no parking provided, you have to park in the mall basement, cost you around rm15-20 overnight.

The room is OK. There are only 4 parking bay provided by the hotel, first-comes-first-serve basis. You can ask for the season pass for the 1Borneo mall parking (RM60 refundable deposit) and there was no direct access from parking to hotel. So you have to walk through the mall, it is a hassle because the mall only open from 10am to 10pm. For the breakfast, the food taste is moderate but the ambiance is nice. Very disappointed with the checking out experience, receptionist claim some amenities were missing whereas they actually does not provide enough in the first place.

after booking hotel gave me 2 single bed, on special requites I wrote for 1 bed king room, upon check in hotel still provide me with 2 single bed, reason being no king room available, when I refused to stay and ask my refund, then staff told me they can provide me king room, Klagan not respect local
