가격대비 서비스는 괜찮았고, 위치가 너무 불편하지는 않았습니다. 대신 주변이 조용하고, 바로 옆에 식당이 많아서 꽤 편리했습니다.

직원들은 친절하고 빠르며 번거로움이 없습니다! 잠귀가 얕으신 분들은 귀마개를 착용하시면 좋습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 위치 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 저는 혼자라서 창문이 없는 작은 방은 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 위치는 구석에 있어서 바로 음식을 구할 수 있고 (할랄 옵션도 있어요!) (모닝커피는 세븐일레븐에서!). 이자우즈도 바로 근처에 있습니다 (몇 걸음만 걸으면 됩니다!).

I stayed in the Fragrance Hotel Ocean View for six (6) days and I was given a room without a window. I've tried to request one but it was an additional 100 Singapore dollars. It was not ideal in anyway. If this is the agreement for a Standard Room, I guess consideration should be given in regards to the length of stay. I did not enjoy the"ocean view"ironically. There was also no offer for food or laundry, again, in regards to the length of my stay.

No ocean cud be viewed, no windows, all are surrounded by wall.

It 's not that awesome, but just satisfying, can't even ask much for the amount we paid. Anyway customer service and front desk lack of training, poor reading of customer situation. Room was small but cozy. Room arrangement was quite nice also. Other that that, just a normal experience nothing great. Thanks.

The room is very small, hard to move and have no window but clean and close to bus stop. Easy to find food around. One of the closest and cleanest hotel if you're going to NUH

Bagus, hotel ya bersih, nyaman, karyawannya ramah nampa banget niat kali dalam bekerja. Mengajari saya cara naik bus dan naik MRT. Dan sekarang jadi pelanggan tetap disana.

Hotel cukup nyaman walau kamar kecil. Mudah untuk mencari makan dan bis untuk transportasi.

Smelled horribly like smoke. Did not feel clean. Beeping noise in stairway next to room never stopped. Service was invasive
